Addressing the needs of both injured cyclists and triathletes, as well as those looking to optimize their performance.
Spaulding Wellesley‘s Cycling Medicine Program is an innovative program designed to address the needs of both injured cyclists and triathletes, as well as those looking to optimize their performance. Our collaborative evaluation combines the expertise of a Sports Medicine Physician and a Physical Therapist in a thorough medical and biomechanical assessment. Our team will assess muscle strength, flexibility, biomechanics, and current bicycle fit, in order to develop an individualized treatment plan. The team can also facilitate necessary medical testing, prescriptions, and treatment interventions to help cyclists minimize discomfort and time loss due to injury so they can perform at their best.
