Month to month furnished rooms, on site laundry, very close to my job in Albany, mature tenants, you can relax together in the common areas with flat screen TV, but there's no frat house recklessness. An excellent place for a professional, grad student, etc.
I have lived here for 3 yrs ... just perfect and convenient ... Landlord is great and keep up the property really well ... everyone is friendly ... it is a true blessings!
I highly recommend the Spaulding House, very clean quiet, & comfy. The owners are very sensitive to any special needs. It is less than 20 minutes from Albany Medical Center
