My car is nearly as dirty as it was when I went through the automatic car wash as when I got there. What a waste of money and time for the $13 Cup Champions car wash I got. And my car was dirty only from driving in the rain. The pictures below are after the car wash in bay #1 And then the vacuum cleaner I tryied to used right outside the building wouldn’t work because the coin slot was jammed with nickels. It’s apparent they don’t have people taking care of this facility.
Credit card machine kept running and running up the tally after I stopped using the water. I push the stop button is a bunch of times and just kept on running up the tally. Not only do you have to push the stop button for the sprayer you also have to push the stop button that’s hidden on the credit card slider. What a rip off. That’s purposeful trying to rip people off.
I didn’t notice the broken sprayer before I sank 8 dollars in. No idea how to get my money back. So I go to another bay with my debit card AND THE BRUSH DIDNT WORK. It’s fine. I’ll go somewhere else from now on. Keep up on your s%it
Paid a total of 40.00 for a wash. 18 for interior an 7 for mats. Interior not even wipes down and mats filthy!!! After waiting 20 minutes and then inspecting vehicle I asked what the deal was and guy said Interior is just windows and dashboard. Seriously!!!!! For 18 bucks for a wet towel 2 second wipe down and shaking the mats off. Show this place this is unacceptable by avoiding and not using your hard money hereServices: Vacuuming
I just used this car wash today 5/5/23 swiped my card and the hose was not spraying right. I stopped the timer and was charged 10 dollars instead of the 5 minimum even though I used only one minute trying to figure the hose out. I called the number but had no answer or response. There was a person who said he only talked care of the grounds and pointed to a number and said call there. Now I'm out 10 dollars. I was robbed by this place and still haven't seen a response I hope someone sees this before you have the same issue I say you're better off going somewhere else. I'll just dispute the charge.
Don’t go here. This place is a scam. They don’t have any signs that mention the vacuum machines don’t work but it Will gladly take your money. Irresponsible owners with no phone number to call.
I went for a simple wash and rinse. Put $5 cash in thinking that would cover it but it did not. No problem, got my card out because had no more cash on me. Was charged $10 on my card but never turned on for me to use. Now I have a soapy truck that I had to drive to another car wash to finish up. Very disappointed!! Tried to call but # was not in service. If I can get reimbursed I will try you again because I like the DIY car wash. Whole reason I went there in the first place.
Twice now this car wash has got stuck in mid cycle of a wash.... guess I'll need to find a different one
So the first time I use this car wash I use the bay on the far right and there was a leak in the hose and was spraying back at me so needless to say I received a bath and my car received a partial bath because there was absolutely no pressure today I tried to use the same car wash went to Bay too sprayed Tire cleaner on my car tires inserted $3 and change because it wouldn't accept dollar bills inserted $3 in quarters and went back to the wand and was waiting for water to come out nothing was happening and I look up at the panel and it says please insert two more dollars there's a sign that says a credit card charge has a minimum of $5 there's no sign saying minimum $5 to start and on top of that there's no coin return and I didn't have another $2 in change I tried to use my credit card and it wouldn't even register that I was trying to use that so there's now $3 sitting in the bay too machine waiting for two more dollars and I am now driving with Tire cleaner all over my tires and no way to rent tomorrow $5 just to start is ridiculous the most I've ever seen was three I don't think I'll be using this car wash again
I love that I can use my card here. I also love to wash my car myself rather than the automated machines. There seems to always be soap for the sprayers as well. I drive out here from Maryland Heights because I've never been disappointed.
