My father had a beautiful funeral thanks to the staff at Spear Mulqueeny of Painesville. Jerrod and McClain under Mark’s direction were kind, professional and attentive to every detail. My father was a very respected family member. The celebration of his life was fitting. His final memory will be one of pride and dignity. Thank you to all at Spear Mulqueeny who made this possible.

I wouldn’t take my dog there for funeral services. No respect to the family. Heard the staff making rude comments after my handicapped grandfather who can barley walk wanted to walk up to give his last good byes to his brother. They pushed him through like he didn’t even know the deceased. Completely uncalled for.

They were very rude to my father who wanted to say his last good bye to his brother. My father can’t walk good so he needs help and they were saying things like this kind of stuff just slows thing down in front of his family like we could not hear them! This was his brother he should have gotten time to say a proper goodbye!

Funeral director rude and impatient after service.  Rushing people, even the handicapped.  Making unnecessary comments loud enough for family to hear.   Several family members have had their services here and we have never experienced this type of disrespect.

Jay and his team were extremely thorough and helpful throughout the process.  Would highly recommend them

Three years after my Aunt was buried Jay took time with me on the phone to help me find some missing information that I needed from her funeral.  Very kind.
