Great experience! Mrs Cheryl was nice and very helpful and pleasant to work. There was a mix-up with my chair color order but she resolved my issue with providing chair covers at no extra cost. I would recommend them for your event rental itemstables,chairs,etc.
As the owner of a wedding and event venue, I see lots of rental companies come and go. Cheryl and her team at Special Occasion Rentals in Lancaster is my favorite! Here are the reasons: 1. Their pricing is so affordable. 2. They have so many items in their inventory, linens, tableware, pipe and drape, tents, decorations and more decorations! 3. They have a professional attitude with customer satisfaction as their goal. They know how to find solutions to your problems. They communicate. What a novel idea! And they do what they say they are going to do. 4. These folks are just plain likable! They answer the phone with a joyful attitude, have a smile on their faces even when they are putting up tents in 90 degree heat, and they never complain about the work, the heat or cold, nor the customer. My opinion of Cheryl and her team was further enhanced when she provided the rentals for my daughter's wedding in the fall of 2018. Cheryl searched for items for us that she did not have in her inventory, she was flexible when we called and called again to make changes to our order, and everything arrived just as it should have, clean wrapped, and organized. She is so wonderful to work with! She is on my preferred vendor list for many good reasons!
I absolutely love Special Occasion Rentals. Some of the best people with whom I have ever worked. And the best looking tents I've seen. Highly recommend checking them out for your next event.
We have used Special Occasion Rentals several times and each time they are extremely helpful and courteous. There are a few event rental places that are closer to us, but nobody beats their customer service and down home friendliness. I highly recommend them!
