My husband and I always go together to get our toenails trimmed because we're both diabetic. We never have to wait more than just a few minutes to be called back, and the Dr. always shows up within 5 min. He and the staff are very friendly and treat us like family. I would recommend them to anyone.
I did not have to wait. The staff is friendly & Dr Brueggerman is so nice. He’s friendly & efficient. The office is is very clean & attractive. . It’s a pleasure going there.
I've been very satisfied with the professionalism of Dr. Loebell, always easy to schedule an appointment and extremely short wait time after I check in.
8 year patient. Left without being seen. I had issues in past with referrals not being sent out, but this time no one notified me that the office was closed down due to a merge so I go to the other office. I explain what happened and the lady at the front dismissed me by saying "it's okay, you're here now" without even looking up from the computer. Then after an hour of waiting they start taking people who showed after me and I said something about it and she said "you don't need to be rude about it". I try to get a new appointment and she refused to talk me to saying I need a manager.
First time there.Not a good experience. It's like no one cares and over worked including the doctor.I think it start from him. Unprofessional I will go somewhere else that will aleast act like they care and great full to take my money.i have a friend that go there she is seeing the same thing it's not just me.i will never come back or recommend.
This is quite literally one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. I booked an appointment online and drove for an hour only to find the office closed. Okay maybe covid precautions, so I call the number listed on the door. I was told that you can still book online but the office has switched to only three days a week but still accepts appointments for all other weekdays. Frankly, this office owes me gas money and my time back. I do not recommend them at all. If you look back in the reviews there’s at least one account that echoes the issues with scheduling and wasting patients’ time.
I have seen Dr lorbel for 5 visits he does an excellent job
Everything went well ! Very friendly staff there. No complaints!
Staff is friendly and the Dr is very kind and listen to what you say.
