Specialty Orthopaedics: Samuel Park, MD

I am giving it two stars because the reception staff was very nice and the medical assistant was extremely apologetic. I never did meet the doctor. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time, and when I had to leave to go back to work, there was still one patient ahead of me. I'm not sure what the problem was today, but this points to a disorganized and mismanaged, overbooked office. EDIT: Deducted a star because I called five times asking for my co-pay back and it never showed up. I finally disputed the transaction with my credit card company to get it back, but what a nightmare this whole operation is.

This office is an absolute joke. I have called everyday for the past week about trying to get my billing issue resolved. They will not return my phone calls, they refuse to work with me. It is absolutely unacceptable. I am being charged for something I already paid for and they refuse to do anything about my bill to correct it. I strongly encourage you to look for another office for your orthopedic work or you may get taken advantage of like I did. 0/5 stars.

Dr. Park is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. My 14yo son broke his collar bone and Dr. Park saw immediately the importance of placing a plate on the collar bone. My son had a 28mm height separation with 6mm over lapping of the two halves of the bone in under a week of the break. From what I read, my concerns lie in his long term physical and mental health. I did not want my son to grow up with a drooped and/or shortened shoulder. Something like that can have a bigger impact on him psychologically than physically and Dr. Park agreed. He saw him on the day I called and had him in surgery two days later. I’m glad I found Dr. Park through a mutual friend and had him as an option versus the other doctor I had taken my son to. I good to get a second opinion, or even a third if a doctor is reluctant to address your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Park.

The staff was very accomodating. My discussion / assessment with Dr. Park as to the progress post surgery of my right knee shows all improvement. In fact my next schedule to visit the clinic would be sometime January or February 2020 next year.

Dr.Park and Courtney are fantastic. The best Doctor around. And Courtney definitely goes above her job title to accommodate your every need. Thank you so very much Dr.Park and Courtney. You guys are the best!!!!!!!!

He repaired my bicep and got me back to work within 4 months. I'm having him do both hips
