These caring wonderful people are nothing short of heroes! My life and home has certainly improved immensely because of their professional efforts. They really do all possible to help.... this company is SO important and needed in the SF Bay area!
I am just wondering if there is a way to reach somebody. I filled out an application for water assistance, I‘m sure you guys are busy but it’s been months. I’m just wondering if they processed the application yet because my bill is seriously past due.. is there an email that I can send a message to?
My company has been supporting this great organization and Lara Calvert for years now. They services they provide really do make a difference to those in need. I highly recommend donating to this incredible organization.
Waited over an hour to speak with someone and when I was the next caller the phone was silent.
Services consisted of a new heating system, new smoke detectors, new light bulbs and a new carbon monoxide unit. Anthony and Bryant were very professional. They respected my Covid 19 mask mandate and also wore shoe coverings because of my religious beliefs. Thank you Spectrum Community Services for assisting me with these services it was very much appreciated. Thank you Anthony and Bryant you guys rock! I felt very comfortable with having you guys in my home.
I'm really disappointed that they are closed to the public.

Spectrum is a non-profit organization that can help you with your electric bill and they also prepare great meals for the elderly that's distributed here in my area in West Oakland they're non-profit organization is in Hayward California PO box 4317 Hayward California 94 641 give them the call sometime I believe they also do weather stripping weatherization for your homes By the way you still have to continue to pay the bill your electric bill and once you've completed the forms call the phone number and which I don't have at hand but just give them a call and request paperwork to so they can help you pay your electric bill but in the meantime you still have to continue to pay your bill and you'll be credited somehow I mean once the paperwork has been returned to them you'll be credited for I don't know how many months but at one time I was credited for 3 months and it was worth having to pay the months that I needed to be paid cuz further than that they paid the 3 months I
Never answer the phone! Office hours listed are incorrect, they are open until 3:30 pm. They take a lunch sometime throughout the day and their lunch hours are not listed so you end up waiting. Thus far Denise is the only one who has been able to reach out to me in nearly a week and she was even able to set up an appointment for me
First let me start by mentioning the names of the technicians Anthony Erick n Greg were all professional n very thorough they checked everything I was having problems with my furnace called spectrum filled out application n was approved SPECTRUM came to my house for a complete inspection Next I received a phone call from Superior heating to install new products thank you SPECTRUM COMMUNITY SERVICES
