I moved closer to this location and was hesitant to leave the other Pinnacle Dermatology location where I had been going for years. But all the staff were welcoming and very professional. I felt extremely comfortable with Theresa Longo and her assistant. I would definitely recommend them!
This was my first time at Pinnacle Dermatology and it was great! The people working at the front desk were so friendly and kind. The atmosphere was positive. The office was very clean. The dr. that I saw was efficient and kind. I am actually looking forward to going there again for a check up in the future. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience today at my first visit. They were running behind and acknowledged it. I was still in and out in slightly over an hour. Felt like my full body check was thorough and not done in a rush! Will be back and using them as my regular dermatologist!!
Fiona is the BEST dermatologist. She immediately put me at ease, explained things thoroughly, and was gentle and kind!! Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a dermatologist. Also the booking process is online and so easy with reminders sent directly to your phone. Office staff was kind and check in was quick and appointment was on time! Grateful I found this place!
It took me awhile to make an appointment for a skin check, but I'm glad I did. It was easy to make an appointment online with Fiona. She was thorough and really nice! She took care of some moles I asked her about and the procedure was simple and painless. Next time I have any concerns, I won't hesitate to return.
I had an appointment with Fiona. I had never been to a dermatologist before and didn’t really know what to expect. Fiona was patient and explained everything using technical terms and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She also gave me a paper explaining everything that I could take home because there was some terminology that was unfamiliar to me. The process of addressing my concerns was done quickly during my appointment. This surprised me pleasantly because I expected to have to make future appointments to actually have procedures done. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind are how I would describe the staff at pinnacle dermatology.
This is an update to my previous review. I originally gave them a good review until I received a ridiculous dill. I had 3 moles cut off and was told my insurance would cover it. They never gave me an estimate or told me that insurance may not cover much of it. They charged $1,200 to remove 3 moles that took 4 minutes by a nurse I didn’t even see a doctor. I had 5 moles removed a year and a half ago at the same office and paid $150. They tell me that was the old company and they can’t speak to what they charged me. I had no clue that it was a different company. I would definitely go elsewhere. If they would have told me upfront what the potential changes would have been, I would be ok with that.
Dr Tobin and his staff are outstanding. They consistently deliver a healing power that is truly professional, caring and positive in every way.
Today was my first appointment with Fiona. I had read some of her reviews and they were accurate. She was very professional and friendly. She checked me for "oddities" on my skin and ended up doing two biopsies. No discomfort at all. I would highly recommend her for any of your skin care needs.
Dr. Tobin & his medical assistant, Sharrell, were absolutely wonderful. Patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. The whole office is welcoming and if you need a dermatologist, this is the practice to see.
