The customer service is more that of a robot. You’ll sit on hold for hours trying to get an appointment. Never. Will you get a same day sick appointment, it’s just not their style. They treat you as a number and not an individual person. And you just start to get to know your doctor and then they leave. I went through two doctors in two years. When you do finally get an appointment, it’s months out, so far that you’re healed by then. The practice schedules from a Grand Rapids office where they don’t even know you. When there are plenty of capable desk clerks sitting at their desks that can answer a phone. I’ve checked in and noticed how much time they have. They could easily handle taking appointments.

The PA was an older gentleman and refused to see my 2 year old because she was not wearing a mask. Children under 5 do not need to wear masks and I will not make her put one on! She is 2 and WILL NOT keep it on. We have tried. If he is that worried about contracting the virus then he should be taking time off.

My husband and I visited this facility and were so happy with the staff. Everyone was so polite and professional. Every nurse that walked by me while I waited was so friendly and made sure I was taken care of too! Thank you spectrum staff!
