They usually have a wait time longer than an hour and it’s my second visit. Employees have a list of 25 customers waiting for service and out of 5 workers only 1 helping customers while the others either talk among each other or just look around. Extremely poor management by Sherry B. Can’t wait for another company to come to our area an offer internet service.
I was turned away twice, after being sent there twice by customer service to make a return. Both visits they told me they could not help me, and that I had to call customer service to deal with them instead. Their failure to offer help and immediately turning me away, shows me exactly the type of customer service they offer their clients.
We dealt with Alex. He was great!! Polite and had answers to my questions. Was very accommodating, even though I had walked away then suddenly had another question and he had nothing but time for me. I highly recommend him if you happen to come to this store!
Horrible service. I went today to their store to swap the old equipment, and when I get home to do the self-installation, the ethernet cable is missing. I called their main office because I am without internet service, I demanded a technician to come to the house to do the installation at their expense and requested a credit for no service. Those people in their Brownsville office needs to get more training.
Extremely unprofessional staff with poor understanding of what they're doing. I went in to change my mobile devices and they ended up ordering the wrong phones. Since we didn't want the phones they ordered, they charged us a fee for ordering the correct phones. Later on, we found out that when they ordered our corrects phones. They took off the insurance so now they won't cover a faulty phone. Manager kept going to the back to hide. Never got one word in.
It was a waste of time since I had to call the customer service number to get my stuff done. Seems they are always trying to keep the people subscribed and self other services instead of helping with the issue at hand. Waited 30 minutes to be told I had to call the customer service number was very poor customer service to me.
The store is nice and big staff members were polite. I saw no change in the waiting period is the same as the old store took me 25min of wait time poor work .
Dear God why the lines? For things that usually take less than 3 minutes… A million employees more interested in their social camaraderie than the external customers. Maybe it helps with their esteem in such a low efficiency environment!
The employees here are absolutely useless and refused to give me my equipment even though I already paid several days ago, they had me come to the store twice with a newborn baby only to tell me they refuse to give me my equipment I paid for. I've been a spectrum customer including business for many years but will probably switch
I counted 8 employees not working while there was 11 ppl waiting. All they were doing was talking amongst themselves, drinking their coffee and on their phones. WORST customer service ever, and this is always the case!!!They are all inconsiderate ppl and corporate should clean house immediately!!!The music is also very inappropriate and trashy.I have pictures to prove this.
