We try our best to have great customer service for our customers. It's hard that we don't have enough help. And people are constantly rude. Instead you should be thanking the workers who work double shifts and are ALWAYS working to meet the "customers expectations".
Best speedway there is in the area. It’s busy at times but that comes with being a popular gas station with great products and hot food served fresh. Manager is very professional and you can tell the workers work super hard day in and day out!! Favorite store by far
This speedway never has anything. And now, they have no gas. They keep blaming supply issues but other speedway don't have so many problems. What's uo with that? Are you telling me you can't get gas delivered?! You know that's what you do right!?
Have had mixed experiences there. Staff there did not take Covid- 19 seriously last year. Not even a sign recommending a mask during that time. Today, I put 2 bucks in to put air in a tire. Air pump did not work. 12 year olds behind the counter couldn't care less. It's only 2 bucks, but I won't forget it. Still no sign on the air pump not to use it.
They don't have food ready needs cleaned up some
One of the best stores in the area. Especially when no one can get help. These people bust their butts to try and accommodate everyone and their employer with little help. So, instead of degrading these people how about a kind word or please apply. Half of you couldn’t do their job because you would have to deal with people like yourself.
Locked bathrooms cuz customers use the bathroom to indulge in heroin. What makes the place bad is the customers and hoodlums that frequent the establishment. The customer service is average. But that's not the employees fault. They appear mentally and emotionally exhausted which is probably due to the chaos they encounter right after they clock in.
Went for a quick fill-up but ended up a disaster. It was extremely busy with all pumps being used. The first thing is that most of the time I have to go into the store because the receipt tape is out at the pumps. As I had to today Second, there are 2 registers but only one cashier. There were 5 people in line and 3 employees talking in the back. If you choose to pump your own gas, you shouldn't need walk inside and wait. Extremely disappointed.
Edit: Ya'll are really nice so have 1 more star, bump from 3 to 4. So busy all the time, and sometimes only one register open. On the plus great selection and they are friendly.
I am not to happy with the store right now because I bought 4 different things that were on sale for 3.19$ for 2 of them and it came. Out to be 7.69and the girl walked to check out the price and all she said was oohh ya they must charge tax i dont understand how its possible for her not to give me the 1.40$ that I was owed i go to the same speedway a lot and i spend a lot of money there but i am definitely not going to be going there again until this is fixed
