I really like this store, I've visited the past 2 nights while in town an both night's were 3rd shift visits, a different employee each night, both were So Nice, Friendly, Helpful, Talkative, and Informative. You don't find many friendly register Clerk's working behind the counter now day's, so management of this particular store should b pleased with themselves in the decision to hire both employees whom wrk 3rd shift, worked last night an tonight, the female 2nite I ckd tell was younger, She was both knowledgeable an informative of question's I had concerning speedy rewards, points, surveys, and pricing of different merchandise in the store.
The place was full of trash, the rotary machine had old dryed up grease with a plastic display on the rollers them selfs with nothing in stock
Lowered rating. 2 people, have been rude, both managers. I'll get my gas, and coffee, at another store. I'm done, with speedway. And the paper coffee cups suck. Couldn't leave well enough alone. SMH
The place is always clean and neat, garbage cans emptied, no trash laying around etc. The only issue that I have is the receipt printer on the has pumps never seem to be working. You can go inside and get a copy but that defeats the purpose of paying at the pump and not having to go inside.
Stopped at 11:30 pm to get something to drink after I long drive. Online hours say 24 hours and yet the doors were locked and someone who I assume was a manager came to the door and pointed and good wrist and walked away. Turned away multiple customers. No hours posting. What a joke.
One girl with short hair is pretty good about helping me when it comes to pumping gas where I'm in a chair. Everyone else sucks. Before her I had major problems. They disconnected the phone so it would stop ringing. Pathetic service time and time again.
This is the worst speedway i have ever been in. They only have one restroom mens was for everyone and it was so disgusting and dirty. The fountain machine area was dirty and nasty and no cups was available to get anything to drink in which i wouldnt have anyway due to the area was dirty. Never again will i go there.
We was there about a month ago for gas as we was on fumes. Went inside to prepay, one guy on register anoyher girl behind the counter bitching about her job. Guy swipes my card and hits buttons and looks confused and tells me to try again. I re swiped the card then he was like "yeah I dont know what to tell you man" the girl decides to state "its not going to work he doesnt have any money" and says this in front of atleast five customers that was in line with me. Funny though because we just checked the balance prior to coming to speedway and had a balance if $214. We left Speedway and went to a competitor and got our fuel fast and with no issues. Bad experience and rude employees who have no clue how to do their very simple jobs. To top it off we contacted Speedway about the incident and was completely ignored. Never again!
It's great everybody's always super nice to me it's a clean clean bathrooms
I am a regular as I live close by and they always take care of me with a smile!
