Try implementing a no cell phone use while working. Everytime I go in here employees are too busy on their phones to even communicate or help anyone!!! Management needs to get their employees in check!
The cashier Michael Ann had the best customer service, she greeted me with a smile ,when I came through the door, and asked how I was doing .. the way she helped me in the store it's hard to find good customer service nowadays. she need to be a trainer, an teach a lot of these cashiers how to be just like her.
I have been going to this location for a couple of years and was really nice workers until I had to deal with Sandy, which found out she is a manager. Omg if this company hires managers like this everywhere I will not be giving my money to speedway anymore. She is extremely rude to everyone and is always screaming. I have never been in a store that has had such rudeness. She is the poorest excuse of a manager that I have ever seen, and will not be back to this location.
Was in the Galveston store yesterday and witnessed the most pathetic attitude from a store manager I have ever seen. The manager Sandy was screaming at a lady that wanted to use coins to pay for cigarettes. OMG that poor lady just turned around and walked out in shame. All of the other customers just could not believe what had just happened. I was in shock that a store manager would scream at a paying customer. Just because she didn't want to be bothered with her form of payment. The last time I looked, US coins are legal tender. Sandy has no business dealing with the pubic and should be immediately fired. I will not go back into that store until Sandy is gone.
The mgr Sandy is the rudest person! She yells at customers and is constantly complaining. The atmosphere in this store is very gloomy. Been going there for 3 yrs- not anymore! Alot of the customers now go up the street where they are friendly. I can't tell you how many times she has yelled at me and others . I told her I need pay with change- she yelled "NO"! She embarrassed me so bad- I'll never go back!!!!!
Been to this Speedway location twice and it's very clean and well cared for. I've stopped for drinks both times and once they were out of Coke but they were very apologetic and nice. I don't come this way often but when I do I will stop here if I need anything.
The assistant manager was very rude I went in to turn in a few documents for my daughter. And she didn't want to do her job. Because she was wanting to leave. So I will find out her name and be filing a complaint with the corporate office
I usually like purchasing gas at this location, but the Pay-at-the-pump hasn't been working on some of their pumps lately. I called their corporate office and they were great listeners and assured me they would look into the problem. Good customer service!
I go there all the time and the people are usually very nice, the parking however Lacks space
What is the point of asking if we want a receipt if the pump won't give us one. FIX THIS
