Easy to get into, can be tricky to get out of if you are going west. Pretty clean bathrooms. Friendly staff.
I visit the Vadnais Heights location often and always have pleasant customer service. Well today through a wrench in it. Josh waited on me, no hello, no thank you, acted like I was a bother. The constant pissy sigh when I asked for something. Pulls my scratch off out and just squishes them. I understand the manager had just told him someone isn't coming in tomorrow, but really, customers pay your paycheck Josh, start giving customers a proper hello and thank you. Don't act like your being bothered when asked for something. If I was his supervisor with all the other reviews I've seen about his attitude, he would have been gone. I'm a manager in customer service, the employees I work with never act this way. It's service with a smile along with a proper greeting and a proper thank you. Thanks for removing part of the game I'm supposed to enjoy, as you thought it was ok to do what you do.
I shop at this location about 4 or 5 times a week.vadnais heights most of the employees are nice and talkative but one employee named Josh. Very rude to customers. Looks like he has no ambition what so ever. Never says hi or thank you. He should not be working customer service.. speaking from a former manager of SA and over 30 years as customer service manager
The store is absolutely filthy. I went on for coffee and left. I couldn't even bring myself to touch their cups. The employees didnt look much better. Hygiene should definitely be discussed. Go up 35 a bit to the store on WBL.
The card readers on the pumps at this station are temperamental. My card is fine. One pump didn’t work and drove to the other and it did. This should just work.
Don’t go into this location if you need to buy feminine hygiene products. The heavy set female cashier will proceed to let the entire store know in attempt to embarrass you. Visited the store on 7/27/19 at approximately 3:00 pm. Extremely rude. She was an extremely unhappy person. I will never be back.
6 people in line, one cashier, the “manager” walks out of the back room....sees the line.... disappears into another back room. Not the first time I’ve seen his lack of care towards his customers- he’s inept as a employee of a gas station let alone a manager of one.
Rude cashier. Disrespectful. He should have stayed home having that type of additude torwards people. I mean wow.... Only positive thing was he was cleaning when I was coming in and in the store.
Was in line and watched their employee Shara treat the person in front of me awful and then also was rude as can be to me. Oh but she said to "have a nice day" rudely. So I guess that makes up for it. How ridiculous.
The employees need to pick up the pace in the morning people stop here before work! A lot of us need to get what we need and go instead the employees wanna take their sweet time! Or find people who will! Do bot stop here at anytime during the day!
