Speedy Furniture of Indiana is one of the family of Speedy Furniture stores serving Western Pennsylvania. We are specifically designed to save you money. We do this by keeping our overhead very low so we can pass the savings on to you. We do this by:
1) Reducing the size of our showroom. Rather than complete rooms of furniture that take a massive showroom, we show representative samples in our 4200 sq ft showroom. This allows you to see and feel what you will be purchasing. We also employ a Signature Virtual Showcase which allows you to see detailed images of all our products on a 60" screen.
2) We have expedited delivery with our suppliers. Over 95% of our orders arrive at the store in 4-14 business days.
3) Pick up is free at the store or we can use a trained, independent delivery service.

My husband looked at a sofa sleeper on a Tuesday had to order the color I wanted My husband told them he'd stop Thursday to put half down because they are closed on Wednesday...he stopped Thursday door was locked...came home and called them said he'd stop Fri at 1 to put down payment all was fine stopped on Friday told him it was sold..no apologies or anything..will not be getting business from us at all..
We are so happy we stopped here! The owner's daughter was super helpful and friendly without being too overbearing and gave us space to look. We came for a couch and ended up with a bedroom set as well because the selection and prices were so great! The furniture came within 4 weeks. There was a crack in the one chest, but not by the fault of Speedy's. They were kind and told us how to go about fixing it so they can order a new one. Would definitely take my business here again!
I'm torn because our experience was mixed with this company. I want to be as nice and honest as possible. The employee's are great. Fantastic even. They will not push a sale on you, which is great because sometimes, you just want to go and look, which makes a relaxing atmosphere. They also try to accommodate you as best as they can within the company policy, which is great too, because that's all you can ask for. Negatives for us were, the company seems really disorganized. They don't know which customer orders what, or pays for what. They gave us a 6-8 week timeline for our furniture, but they really meant 6-8 months. It's totally understandable that everyone is playing catch-up because of Covid, but I wish they would have been up front with us on that in case there was an issue, and there almost was. They're at the mercy of their manufacturers plain and simple. It seems the no cancelation policy is the big issue/complaint amongst other customers, and it obviously is to sell the furniture for the price that it is. Once again, totally understandable, but once again, wish they would have been up front with that. Once the receipt is signed, you are legally bonded to it, and you bought furniture no matter what. We paid an extra $200 for the industrial coating to prevent stains on our furniture. They forgot that we paid for it, and didn't do it on some of our furniture. I don't know if it prevents stains, or makes them easier to clean, but you still need a spot cleaner of some kind. I would recommend you don't get it. It's hard to get a hold of them when you call, they won't call you back when you leave a message, and they won't call you when your furniture comes in. We had to physically go to the store to find out about our furniture. Like I said, we had mixed experience. The employees are very nice, but there's a lot of disorganization that needs to be addressed. I hope this is a nice and HONEST review that is helpful for both seller, and customer.
Walked in for a new bed....walked out with a new bed as well as a new couch...lol. The prices are great! The furniture is great! The family that owns it seem like beautiful people, their boys are the delivery drivers.. 2 boys brought a new queen size bed with an adjustable base and a couch into my home with care and respect and had it set up in about 15 minutes. I recommend you check this place out before you leave town....Our Town, and look elsewhere. I already have a wish list going lol I will be back.
We had shopped at Speedy Furniture for furniture for our new house. We found some we really liked and the price was right. Unfortunately, we were out shopping on Black Friday and drove past Wolfs Furniture. They had a great sale going on so we ended up buying our furniture there instead... BIG MISTAKE!!! We had layer our furniture away because we weren't ready to put it in the house yet. We were told to come make a payment so we did. The next day we were told they were filing bankruptcy and they refused to give us the furniture or our money back. This all happened around the time Covid started. We had no idea what we would do. We didn't have a lot of money or time to get new furniture. I messaged the owner of Speedy Furniture in Indiana and they were able to get us the furniture we originally fell in love with at a price we could afford. We had our furniture within 3 weeks which is amazing with everything going on Nd the owner and his son even delivered it themselves to make sure we were happy and that it was delivered with care. Thank you so much Speedy Furniture for treating your customers the "right way" . We really appreciate it. I would 100% suggest anyone looking for good furniture at a good price sold by great people to go to Speedy Furniture in Indiana in the Walmart Plaza. You won't be sorry.
After seeing these reviews, customers cannot return an item? I went to 380 Auction, they don’t stock anything since they are a smaller business so everything must be shipped. But you save money and they can cancel an order if you no longer want an item. They were also better priced than Speedys.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They have payment plans available with a soft credit check!! I got approved for over $2000 credit and by where I work I got 5% off anything saving me over $80 on my order!!! Love the selections and the prices!!
Great service and the couch is awesome. Good quality, durable, been almost a year and still is in like-new condition. The guy who helped was really nice also. He is part owner I believe...either way great store, great selection. Will definitely shop for furniture here again in the future.
We have been blessed by the time that Bob and Joe takes with us while buying our furniture for our house or rentals. They are very friendly, happy to answer questions, and always willing to take as much time as we need to let us decide. There is no pressure from them at all. Our tenants love the furniture and it holds up well. We will continue to use Speedy Furniture and share our experiences with our friends and family.
Extremely well priced furniture, no matter what kind you desire. Great personality, good selection of choice, they also have a website that you can check out. They, also deliver the furniture if you decide. Easy to work with, they carry and deliver it, and put it together with ease. I highly recommend this place for all your funiture needs! Amazing quality as well, definitely cannot beat it.
