The level of service my grieving siblings received here over the loss of our dad is DISGUSTING. Do not take your loved ones here. Our father was cremated here and the lady who answered the door REFUSED to let us inside. She talked to us about our fathers ashes from the parking lot. She also proceeded to tell us they don’t have cremation jewlery or a catalog to look at. She told me to look on Amazon for something to put my dead dad in……. I’ve called twice now to get updates on the cremation process and have not been called back as I was told. I also spoke to a male today and he was super rude to me. 0/10 for human compassion and 0/10 for customer service.
Very rude staff during this grieving period for my family and I, Put personal relationships over professionalism. Money certainly does talk when it comes to this funeral home. I’m Mortified by this experience to say the least.
Jeff and his staff were so helpful and caring during this difficult time. The staff that came the night my dad passed were so patient and soft spoken. They didn't hurry us through any of the process even though it was 4am. Jeff called the same morning to set up the appointment to make the funeral arrangements. We wanted to have the service at our home church and Jeff's accommodation at every request was comforting. He was patient with all of our questions and concerns and always followed up with calls and requests as promised. Our family would definitely recommend them in your time of need.
Spence Miller provides the best care anyone could ever expect. I recently lost my mother, there were no preparations made. We found a guide and friend in Jeff and Cari. They were with us at every step and created a service that was unmatched by anyone. My family and I thank them for their wonderful work and partnership. Their beautiful tribute to my mother's life was an occasion I will will remember forever.
Very caring and respectful crew. My grandfather passed away on January 2nd and spence Miller took care of everything from cremation to ceremony. I have never been more pleased with a funeral service everyone was beyond helpful and extremely sympathetic to my family. Jeff Spence organized everything and did a terrific job. It was a very overwhelming day and they were right there with us on every account. No feeling of being rushed and from start to finish it was just amazing. Cannot say enough nice things about these guys and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Columbus area. Thanks again
The director was very rude. Apparently the director is getting to chummey with the customers as far personal and family disputes apparently he does not believe that there is more than one side to every story
My Dad always wanted to be taken to the cemetery in a horse drawn carriage. Jeff found one that would come in from Dayton.
