spent a good chuck of money on body jewelry. do not waste your money on it. within a week the paint on the tongue rings chipped off and my septum ring turned green. this is with proper care
I bought a shirt for my girlfriend. Didn't fit right, so I returned it. They told me since I paid cash they can only give me in store credit. However, if I paid with a bank card, I could get my money back. What a crock!!!
Love to go in here fore jewelry and stuff, it's pretty much always a BOGO 50% for their jewelry. Their shirts and other novelty things are pretty funny. A lot of the times when you check out they'll ask if you want to round to the dollar amount to donate to breast cancer research funding. Only a couple things I can really complain about is they always push one of their sales, when you're looking right at the sign; and forget telling people in there about a costume idea if you cosplay, I did that once and got watched the entire time because I had a unique idea for a character that I wanted to do a costume for at a convention.
Considering me and my girlfriend were being catcalled by an old man and these girls came and protected us and escorted him out without a beat makes me love this place even more.
I find the prices to be over the top and usually only browse. Kids like seeing things but they are not allowed in the adult section. I wish there was better separation between the pg items and the adult content, but it is my job as a parent to steer kids to other parts of the store
They don't do money refund and they don't have a single sing where you can see it and the customer service is with bad attitude sorry for the people who like this store
I was in there today and the sales person was helping a lady who was deaf or nonverbal and was able to help her and it was awesome! Good job Spencer's staff for being accommodating to everyone!
