Nice little park. It has a big green to run about on or play ball games and to one side is a small park area with bits for smaller children. A small bike track which is awesome, some tennis courts I believe and then a larger park area with a zip slide and bits for all ages slides, climbing apparatus, swings etc and some more tennis courts. There are also 2 buildings in the park with fantastic murals on. All in all a lovely park with plenty to keep the kids happy for some time.
A great park for all ages. There is also tennis courts and a table tennis table which are free to use which is ideal to take kids in the holidays.
Lovely open space and play areas for children. A bmx track, tennis and basketball courts and a mural was being completed there too!
Nice park but Rushden Academy kinda invades the space. Much of a shame also there is no toilet in there. Also dogs wonder around off the lead now I’ve not anything against dogs just warning those who may do.
Walked round the park with my grandson then we went to the playground, as there was no one else there he got unlimited amount of time on the slide which he loves
Such a beautiful park. Well kept for us by the parkkeeper. It is the perfect venue for our Junior parkrun every Sunday morning. Got kids 4 to 14? Bring them along after free registration on the parkrun website, It is all free and the kids get a timed run!
This is a lovely well maintained open park space for people of all ages, a little haven in the middle of a busy little town. It has a play area for the little one's; football pitches; tennis courts ; a skate park and although on slightly different levels the park is largely flat making it very easy to navigate for everyone.
Tis a good park. Large open space to walk dogs or play football and a couple of play areas for children to go. There are courts for basketball if you like that sport. Couple of downsides - To play football, you need to either bring a set of goalposts or create your own with items of clothing/bags. - People seem to have sex within the public space for 'viewing pleasure' viewer discretion is advised when visiting this park - Also biker gang and weed squad
Got a bit of everything: • Swings. • Slides. • Hanging bars. • A see-saw. • A stream. • 8 benches. • Trees. • Courts. • Plenty of grass areas. • It's dog friendly. Suggestion improvements: • An outside free gym. • A sensory part for autism / learning disabilities.
It's a nice clean relaxing park where u can let ur dog off the lead... and plenty of things for young kids to play on in 2 areas ...get the sun all day and u can walk round which equates to about 1/4 mile all the way round .
