Spencer's

I like checking out their products but it is very cramped inside. They should consider moving to a larger space so people can look around without being in the way of anyone else that wants to walk through. I would shop there more frequently if there was more room to move around.

Everything there is great but it's a little pricy for me to get most things I want.

We bought the wrong size gauges, went to return and had no reciept.... left it at home along with the wallet. The staff helped us exchange our belongings without issue. Thank you !

I can't remember the girl that helped us name but she was really awesome. This location seems a little smaller than the others that ive been to but it still had a good selection of things. We bought Halloween incense and a holder. It was recommended by the young lady that helped us. Smells really nice.

This was possibly one of the worst Spencer's I've ever visited. I came in with a mission. Not one employee greeted me and when I ended up finding what I was looking for, not a single employee was at the register to check me out, but they were all conveniently scattered around the sales floor playing on their phones. Definitely will not be returning to this Spencer's!

While in this Spencer’s there was a manager scolding possibly one employee but there were many other employees standing with the two. And when I say he was scolding, he was absolutely berating this employee s?. To do this on the sales floor, loudly, in front of customers is wildly unprofessional. I didn’t buy anything bc I honestly was also intimidated by this manager. I definitely will not be returning to this Spencer’s due to this manager’s behavior.

I came in at 6:45pm I knew they closed at 7pm the woman working at the door was rude and derespect and told me we close in 15 mins just so you know and then a different worker said to me to pull my mask over my nose It was already over my nose I will not be shopping there again I have been going there for years never had a problem I don't write reviews that often but this was very upsetting

The staff is always friendly and there to help when needed. This is where you go to get the odd and kinky things you can't get at other store's.

Always such an amazing time looking at all the products they have and shopping here! Definitely a stop for anything you may need

Manager was very helpful searching for an item showing sold out online and not available in store. She called corporate office to verify availability. Would shop here again.
