My new storage location and so far so good I don't like the fact that they close so early during the week 6:00 and 5:00 on Sundays and also don't like the fact that they're so close to the police station and in cahoots with the police station but they are nice people there and for the most part you can take care of what you need to do without being bothered here

Absolutely excellent.  Professional, personable service and great facility.  Garage flooded and I needed emergency help while out of town.  They made a very hard situation much easier.  I have clients that use their facility as well and have nothing but positive comments.  We used them once before during a renovation and same great service.  Highly recommend!

The first person to comment must not have paid their bill.  What do they expect in that case?  I use auto-pay by credit card each month and I've had no problems at all for the entire 7 or so years I've been a customer.  My only gripe is that I wish they had extended hours or would allow access after they have closed the office.  But they have the best prices in LA, so I can live with the hours.

Beware your belongings are not safe here. Things will get stolen and they won't even try to help you. Bad service. Avoid this place like the plague!

Pretty sad to find stuff covered in mold, when you pay that much to keep your stuff protected while moving.
