Los Angeles based Caribbean designer Cece Douglas launched C-Mas Productions in the Fall of 2011 and has designed for Miami, Trinidad, Hollywood and Atlanta Carnivals. Being based in Los Angeles she uses her Caribbean style to inspire her designs and set her apart from the competition garnering attention from Hollywood elites and fashion houses. Her designs have been featured on Fox 11 News and will debut for the first time at Fashion Week LA.
