Splash Eco Auto Spa - Saint Johns Town Center

So disappointing. I’m a big believer in second chances, but this company got worse with each opportunity. My husband took his truck in a few weeks ago and Eco Auto Spa did an alright job. They cleaned the interior and exterior to a semi-satisfactory level. When my husband picked it up, he pointed out the areas they missed and they corrected the issues over the next few days. When I needed my own vehicle detailed, I thought about our previous experience and felt that they did right by us. I took my car in for the full service because as a mother and full time worker who commutes over an hour every day with kids, my car needed some love. When I picked the car up, there were spots that were missed, but more than that, they had damaged my paint. Their pressure washer took off a chunk of paint and the gentleman who did it continued to chip off paint as he was trying to say that it was old damage. I was treated as if I was obnoxious for asking about their insurance, and told that Florida is a no fault state so their insurance doesn’t have to cover anything. The gentleman I spoke with was rude and condescending as he laughed over the damage his team did to my vehicle. I will never spend my money there again and I recommend that you don’t either.Services: Auto detailing

I went In for a full interior detail around 12:15 on Saturday. I was supposed to get the entire interior wiped down, my leather cleaned and my carpets and mats shampooed. I called before going and the guy on the phone told me it would be $95 for the full interior and for the outside wash. But when I got there they told me something different. It was $100 just for the full interior detail and would cost more to get the exterior washed. Even though I was told two different things I went ahead with the service since my car has a matte paint and they told me they didn’t have any special soap for my car. I told them to just do the interior. I was told it would be 3 1/2 hours before they even touch my car. Since I was there to shop anyways I decided to go ahead and leave it. They called me a little after 4 to tell me my car was ready but when I opened my car door I couldn’t believe it. It was still crumbs on the floor in the front and the back. On top of the mat and under the mat. Also, you can tell they didn’t even touch the doors at all. I saw that another customer had similar concerns so when the womandon’t know her name was done with her car, I told here about my concerns. She came over with a rag and wiped down the doors and some other spots she saw that they missed. She also pulled my car up and did another vacuum. She seems sincere about it and apologized for the half job that was done but one of the guys that was up there had the nerve to have an attitude. They just did a sorry job. To be honest with you I’m questioning rather they even shampoo my carpets and mats. Last time they did the full interior the service was so much better and when I left my mats were still a tad bit damp. This time they were very dry so I don’t think they shampoo them at all. Got my questioning rather they actually cleaned my leather or did they just do a quick wipe down. I will never be back.

Terrible service. We were promised their 130 dollar interior detail and shampoo would get the smell of cat pee out of our car rough day at the vet the smell is still very much there so we asked for a refund because they failed to get the smell out as promised after convincing us to pay 75 dollars more for their “quality sevice”. The manager told us after the fact that urine would require an extraction rather than a shampoo and he still took our money knowing it wouldn’t work.Services: Auto detailing

I had 1800 miles of bugs and dirt that a typical car wash couldn’t handle. These guys & girl did an amazing job on my truck. In less than an hour they made it looks new again.

Took literally FOUR HOURS for them to detail my car, in spite of the fact that they scheduled me for an appointment in advance. Staff was more interested in joking around than in working, particularly the woman I think her name was Christine?. Job was poor, not worth the money. AVOID.
