Best water park we’ve been to yet NC SC GA They have all the attractions you’d want from slides to wave pool to several kiddie areas. Among all the other parks we’ve been to this by far the biggest and the most bang for your buck! It’s huge and filled with so much to do! Food is high and that’s about the only con I had. If you’re willing to pay or wait it out you should be good. All the kids enjoyed and the wife and I even enjoyed ourselves! We arrived at 10 am opening and left at 4-430. No outside food, however you can leave out and eat and renter. We really enjoyed it and had a great time, they owe us nothing! Parking is a little tight. Even the park and pond surrounding the water park is really nice as well. Lines moved out quickly, lifeguards and staff everywhere, and were great!! There were 3 different stands for snacks, meals, food and drinks Definitely coming back
I think this is a great place to take the kids to cool off in the summer. I feel like the price is a little high considering the lack of organization and coordination of the staff. There is inadequate parking. It seems that the staff should be trained a little better and have a better communication system for guests arriving for general admission vs. Parties. But overall it's a nice place to visit. I'll try to get more images of the various activities available on our next visit. Yes, I bought season passes.
We visit every summer with my kids and their cousins. They always have fun and never want to leave. Great overall park for all ages.Visited onWeekendWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$16–20
Great place nice staff cabana's available. Wave pool, lazy river and plenty of areas for younger kids. They have concession stands and a little pizzeria. A Cabana is $100 but it is worth it if you have a family because of the privacy and you get 8 drink vouchers which is a $30 value at least but overall a great place and we will continue to go back as much as possible
A great place for kids, not so much for adults. There are beraly any place to relax and sit, no slide is for adults, no drinks, nothing. It's all 100% for children and that's ok. But don't go expecting you to enjoy it. It's for your kids.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entry$21–30
My kids11 and 8 loved it, most of the staff were very friendly. I wasnt allowed to bring the jelly beans for my hypoglycemic child but instructed to leave them in the car and exit to eat them there when needed. I went back to the car and snuck them in in my suit top because that's not how hypoglycemia works. Unfortunately, the cabana I paid $100 to rent for the day was lacking the two lounge chairs as advertised online. I was looking forward to the lounge chairs for the two youngest of our group. They would have had a place to nap but we ended up not even having enough seating for all 6 of the people in my group. The locking box wasn't in our cabana so a staffer had to pull one from another cabana. There's nearly no organization of the line for slides or entry and exit of the lazy river. Throughout the day there were 10+ people with tubes standing on the stairs at the lazy river. Clear signage and verbal instruction from lifeguards could improve the safety and entrace/exiting of the lazy river. My 8 year old ended up being separated from me because someone bumped into her and knocked her into the flow when we were trying to enter and I couldn't get through immediately to be with her. Good thing she's a strong swimmer. Similar chaos was experienced on the stairs for the 3 large slides. People without tubes were almost constantly pushing their way past everyone standing in line to get to the top. Again, clear signage or verbal instruction could help here. There was an employee sitting at the bottom of the stairs, but she was almost invisible and had no interest in checking anyone's height or instructing anyone how the line should function. Similar chaos was experienced at the snack shack. Lines were very long and the only signs were difficult to see for all of the people in line. I waited 81 minutes for our food, good thing I snuck my child's jelly beans in. Overall, it's not an awful park and is probably pretty great if you live there. For us, this was a lot of chaos and unnecessary stress on top of a 2 hour drive. Price for entry: $20.00
We had a blast. I was pleasantly surprised how affordable the food was. The life guard Eli did an amazing job teaching my son how to ride the boogie board on the wave ride. I was very impressed with him. I didn't see the step down in the kid area as you're walking towards the wave pool because it was all white and I fell. Cutting one foot and destroying the other resulting in me needing to go to the ER. I suggest updating the faded red paint warning people to watch their step because you cannot see it. The first aid station near where I fell was out of Band-Aids and didn't have an ace bandage but she did give me ice. I'm very thankful it wasn't worse or my son who fell! Most of the life guards were friendly and it wasn't that busy, praise God! A locker that fits a backpack was $10 for the day and the showers were clean. They stamp your hand if you need to go to your vehicle for anything which was nice! My son already wants to go back!
Lots of food pavilions, restrooms, plenty of shaded areas very nice for family fun!Visited onPublic holidayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$16–20
My family and I had a phenomenal experience here. It is family friendly, the overall park appearance and water attractions look clean and inviting. There is literally something for everyone to do here, from the youngest in the family with various designated areas for the Littles. To the more adventurous teenagers and adults. The wave pool was a hit with our entire family! The life guards were alert and professional which provided an extra layer of comfort. The food was delicious and sold at very reasonable prices, in addition they offered a wide variety of food options, snacks and treats throughout the park. The only downside for me was the lack of access to the bathrooms on the far side of the park 30 minutes before they closed, at that point all patrons are forced to be in one bathroom/locker area at the same time during dismissal. Overall a wonderful experience and well worth the visit!
Crowded because of holidays but overall ok. Ran out of bottle water. Probably should have stocked up with it being the holiday.Visited onPublic holiday
