Splash Mountain is a must for any Disneyland visitor. It is such a fun experience and is a rite of passage. if you sit on the front row then be prepared to get wet. Be sure to link your photo to the app if you purchase Genie+.Visited onWeekendWait time10–30 minReservation recommendedYes

If you can go to this ride first so you can start off your day from a great experience. This is the best ride at Disneyland Park and of course my favorite. I made it a goal to come here first right when we were allowed to go inside. We were one of the first people to go on the ride. The staff are very friendly and the ride itself is just amazing. I wanted to go ride it again but my fiancée didn't want to get wet. I was told that during the morning, the water pressure isn't that high so you won't get wet as much compared to later in the day. You still get wet though so just be prepare for it, it's a water ride so you can't expect less.

As I'm writing this review, this masterpiece of a ride will close and be refurbished after tomorrow. I'm gonna miss these iconic characters, animatronics, songs, and the overall vibe of the ride in general. Goodbye Splash Mountain and possibly Critter Country. Splash mountain should stay its beloved ride to should not change because some people are easily offended I acknowledge song of the south was not an ok film to make but splash mountain has created its own legacy and should stay

This ride was honestly the best mountain at Disneyland hands down. It was also the fastest with the final drop maxing at around 45+ mph, compared to Space Mountain's 25 mph. I used to wait in the single rider line which would cut the wait time in half. Then you could easily get off of the attraction, get your ride photo, and hop back in the single rider line. I was able to ride it 16 times in one day by using the single riders line. The theming is what truly made it iconic. The music, the America Sings animatronics, and the storyline really captivated riders. Br'er Rabbit, Fox, and Bear are such amazing characters. I hope Disney uses them again in the future. This attraction in 34 years made itself a Disney Park and Pop Culture icon. Tiana certainly has some huge shoes to fill. RIP Splash Mountain, you will be missed. I never thought we'd lose a Disney Mountain.

Still an amazingly fun ride. This is fast pass ride. The wait when it’s hot outside can be up to 2hrs. Sitting in the front is so much fun but your risking getting soaked. They take pictures on the big drop down so be prepared to pose or just scream your head off. Overall its one of the top rides in the whole park so plan it into your day
