What. Blast! Warm clean great lazy river we had so much fun we're getting a family pass 375$ for a family of four. Then video games and pizza . Amazing place for a birthday party great prices . Pizza popsicles fries and more ! Arcade too
Our visit is on Dec 26/27. We didn't enjoyed the water park as we used to as the whole family kept coughing when we were in Hot Tub. I thought we might all caught some virus until I read @Gregory Johnson's comments. It's definitely the chemical added to the water that irritate the throat! Hopefully the issue would be solved before our next visit!
So as a Canadian company I’d expect the staff to have a Canadian feel to it, I felt the lifeguards were extremely disinterested and honestly kinda rude, I asked one of them for the time and the body language and tone used was uninterested. The guy at the front was also kinda rude, same thing tone and body language. I also noticed that the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned for hours, the floors were disgusting. I didn’t really see any changing rooms for the public just a corner you could hide into but it was still nasty in there. Overall the attractions were super fun! Just really disappointed in staff. As a former canadinns employee I was sightly disappointed from this visit :
This is a nice water park for its size. It has some smaller slides at the front and a big tube slide at the back. It also has a lazy river, big pool with basketball hoops, small kids pool and a hot tub.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$21–30
We had a decent experience. The kids had fun and that was the most important part. Biggest issue we had were absent parents not minding their kids so we were cut in line many times while waiting for slides. The poor lifeguards don't do a good job with how the slides are managed. They allowed a 5 person train to go off the slide causing a child to be injured. It was really disappointing to see.
Lots of fun! If you are going to make a day of it they don't allow outside food but have pizza and stuff at the snack bar. They sell booze if parents want to partake.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
We stayed at the hotel and booked a large cabana all day for my kid's first birthday party. Though the cabanas were still not installed and it was a large open space, we were still able to make it our own. Kid's and adults enjoyed the pool and water activities. Happy that they were very accepting that we brought in some small kid friendly snacks, juice and water for our guests. The roof in our cabana was leaking though which was annoying as we had to move things so they wouldn't get soaked.
First day. So far great. Nice and warm. No coughing until the hot tub. Can't they just turn off the Jets that cause all the bubbles??? There is a shortage of tubes for the toilet bowl. Are you supposed to hog them or are you supposed to share?? Therein lies the problem. But my 6 year old is loving it so what can I say,? It's nice to be allowed to sip your favorite bevy without worrying about eviction. Just use your sippy cup. BYOB works. Just be discreet other wise $7.00 at the bar. Sounds like the slides don't start working until 4:00 pm. But I guess the pools are open.
