Don’t go here if you’re looking for peace and quiet to study. No quiet rooms, no power at the few tables available, no study cubicles, kids playing multiplayer games on the computers being loud, kids running circles around the tables, no noise control by staff whatsoever. You’d think it was a daycare and not a library. Internet speeds on their PCs and their WiFi rivals dial up. Maybe I was spoiled by the amazing libraries in the south, but I was not impressed with this branch. A couple positives are the facility is clean and has plenty of computers to access, but not a quiet library environment whatsoever. Good for kids I guess.
The workers and librarians are so friendly and make you feel so welcome while you’re in. Books are so easy to check out and they make it even easier by helping you find the books you need. It’s super easy to sign up for a library account and they have amazing books
Great location and easy parking. Going during the day there are lots of other families who bring smaller children in the afternoon. Lots of crayons, toys, legos and books. The kids love the simple book checkout - it’s simple and you slide a book on the scale and it checks it out for you. Makes book checkout a breeze and there isn’t a line.
I love to bike here every morning when I'm aloud. They are nice and tidy. I love that they have story time for the kids. They also have computers that has the catalog and many games. I hope everything goes just the way its supposed to be!
It's not a quiet refuge I'm expecting it to be, that's for sure; it's well organized, clean, and the staff is tip top, though a little loud themselves at times. Wouldn't it be their job to ask parents not to forget to keep their children's voices down?
I love coming here. The staff are always helpful and nice, and for the most part the library is really calm and quiet if you factor out the rare occasion of a crying baby.
Welcoming, clean and friendly location. Has received a lot of hate from bigots due to a drag queen reading event. A great, inclusive space for your children and family. I would also recommend because I'm sure now most of the bigots don't go there anymore.
We love our library. Please resume story time in person! We are happy to wear masks and distance. We just miss story time!
Welcoming place for community members. Great place to work, study and relax. Very helpful staff too. I enjoy the diversity of programs with my kiddos. Keep up the good work.
I have been coming to this library for seven years. I have found the staff extremely friendly and helpful without fail. It feels like a friend's home to me. I am so glad to have found it. Everyone should become a "friend" who loves it as much as I do!
