I’ve been using this pharmacy many years! I LOVE this pharmacy & the family who own/run it! It’s ALWAYS very clean! The ENTIRE staff are ALWAYS very friendly & helpful! They make you feel like family! And they go out of their way to make sure you get the BEST medication that are over the counter & that are prescribed to you! They accept most ALL insurance plans! Give them a chance with you prescription & OTC meds! You will NOT regret it! BEST PHARMACY EVER!!
I went in here once with my Mom, to look for local essential oils. Upon walking into their front door, she and I both looked at each other strangely, noticing that we both felt a very fine, light mist having just been "sprayed" onto us, seemingly from above the door. Ok, I know what you're thinking, "that's absurd, you're paranoid". Well, I was 19 year old at the time this was actually a couple of years ago and I had NEVER, NEVER had the flu in my LIFE. I only get sick once every two years, if that. My immune system is phenomenal, as is my Mother's and Father's. There were no other customers in the pharmacy at the time we were there, and we did not touch anything, or put our hands to our faces after having touched the front door we know how to not spread germs, as pharmacies, clinics and hospitals, etc have the reputation of obvious germs in the lobby/front doors. That night, upon returning home from the pharmacy, she and I BOTH came down with a bizarre strand of a nasty flu that went on for 2 and a half weeks. I find it strange that I had avoided any sign of having a flu for 19 years of my life, yet as soon as I felt this pharmacy "mist" blowing into my face from above their front door, I got sick. You can draw your own conclusion, but I firmly believe that we got misted with flu juice. It is just too coincidental. We will not return to the Spoonful of Sickness Pharmacy.
It’s clean and people are friendly. They are no slower or faster than chain pharmacies. They have a few OTC items and sundries, but none of them are marked with prices. There are also only one to three of each item on the shelves. They have a greeter lady who meets you at the door, asks how she can help you, and then offers you water. I have used Spoonful a few times and find the whole experience rather bizarre every time. The upside is that using this pharmacy helps local business.
All the staff is very friendly & make u feel like family since its owned & operated by family! Very clean & fast service! They offer a little bit of everything besides prescriptions! Love the staff! Always very helpful, friendly & smiling!
The staff had been okay with us until Friday a rude cashier took my money for my prescription first and THEN informed me they didn't have enough to fill the rest of my prescription. I needed 120 tablets and said they were missing 119 tablets. Then changed her mind and said she'd give me 20 something tablets. Mind you this is just stomach medicine. We went yesterday to pick up the rest and I'd been taking them only to find several other tablets mixed into my meds. Turns out it was another medicine for thyroid disease or something. They said they'd look into it and called me back. Waited all day for a response and she finally called to say that they had no proof they made any mistake. Of COURSE. The old excuse: "We investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong" All I got was an oops sorry you ate a pill you shouldn't have so we will give you a refund for half your meds. lol!
My personal experience with this pharmacy is 4 stars because not only are they knowledgeable but they’ve been treating me by the golden rule. They’ve helped me get my refills and they’ve make sure I’ve got all my medication before I go on any trip. They’ll make sure you’ve got refills on everything s as Nd they’ll bring your medication to you.
Excellent customer service! We have used this pharmacy for compounding meds during two different periods of life 15 years apart and they have only gotten better. Amy's heart for people greets you at the door! I drive from Stillwater just for this pharmacy!
A great pharmacy with kind and helpful staff. Only downside is the hours of operation and the fact they stopped being able to take Blue Cross Blue Shield.
The personal are friendly and knowledgeable. It seems like I'm visiting and not just getting my prescriptions filled.
Very nice people, fast service, awesome pharmacy.
