Went to get my son's hair cut this afternoon, they were very kind and a bit busy. We did join the line online, it's a bit confusing when it tells you a recommended time to come in, and then a wait time. Ended up coming in at the recommended time to wait almost an hour. Once we got home I realized that his hair had a few blunt cuts in it that did not blend together after he washed whatever the barber had put in his hair. Over all very pleased.
I won't lie, I had a coworker tell me that he only uses sportsclips and he swore by it, so a year ago I gave it a shot at a different location than the one I use now, and I wasn't happy with the cut. My coworker INSISTED that his experience is always perfect so I gave it another shot at a different location this time Bayou and man, I love it here. I love checking in, choosing my stylist my favorite is Aleigha, my hair is impossible to cut and she manages to make it work somehow every time This location in particular is fantastic and I highly recommend Bayou Blvd and Aleigha, thanks again!
Took my stepson in for a cut and decided to see if they would also shave my sides and undercut. They said sure. After about a 45-minute wait, I was seated. Shave took about 10 minutes. They also fine-tuned the edges. Cost about $23 and viola! Done. The wait was longer than I expected since there was hardly anyone IN the place, but they have you check in online. Those people are given top priority even tho they have not yet arrived. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for that. Feel like if I'm there, and my shave takes only a few minutes ...better to serve those that are there first. I'm old school, I guess.
Figured I’d give Spot Clips a shot. Wasted over an hour of my life, to not even get in a chair. No greeting or have you ever visited us. Had that happened, I would’ve been aware, yea, others will check in online and you essentially get those coming in, and sit down just a couple minutes after they arrived. Definitely won’t waste my time here again. Sorta pleased they didn’t get to take my $$ as well. Those that “know” the routine, I’m sure it’s a nice system. For anyone else, definitely don’t just walk in. Do some research first.
It was ehh the lady seemed like she didn't want to cut my hair and then she asked about shower and I didn't want the shower because I literally just got out of the shower but the sight says shower and neck and shoulder massage. I asked if we can skip the shower but still get the massage and I was willing to pay for the whe thing and tip well as ai always do she's said we're done so I only tipped $2 and I won't be backService: Haircut

5 stars just for Paula. Super friendly. My husbands hair always came out great. We definitely miss her since moving. Nobody else can get his hair perfect like she could. 10/10

I'm up in the air about this place. When we came, my 2 year old and I got haircuts. I enjoyed the ease of getting a reservation online. I was thankful the lady cutting my son's hair was patient to get it done even though there were a few missed spots, cant be upset because he was freaking out. My haircut went smoothly aside from the girl practically begging for a tip saying my hair was great and I should come back to her so she can put me in her portfolio....my hair is NOT that nice, thanks though.
