We are relatively new to WA and have been looking for a place to get a haircut.  Thank God we found Sport Clips. We met Michelle and she was just AMAZING! She is kind, caring, and helpful! She shared the app with us and how to book an appointment.  I set an appointment for yesterday, Saturday, and Michelle cut my hair. Wow! She was wonderful! She was caring and empathetic and I love my haircut!! THANK YOU!!  Lastly, the environment was great! It was neat and clean and I loved the TVs in the front and at all the stations! Very cool! Dominic was awesome! He’s cut my son and my hair in the last week and both were the best we’ve ever had. Super professional and fun.

Been here few times but this visit was really poor. When I checked in online it shows me waiting time 29 minutes but originally I waited almost 1 hour. Then I show a picture to hair master and explain how to do my haircut but she finished job completely different. And last thing when I come home my wife told me that my neck is totally scratched... Not recommending this place. This service should cost $4 dollars but I  paid already $40. Worsest Haircut in my life.

I checked in online when I went into store I checked into laptop like your supposed to do. It put my name on board twice . Happened to very next customer as well. when lady fixed it she took my name off board completely and I didn't notice or pay attention. A walkin came in after I had already been waiting 15-20 min and went before me. The two ladies gave MW attitude like it was my fault. 5 min wait turned into 35. This place is horrible. Barber Dominique took 5 min to cut my hair, was in such a hurry and provided an awful haircut.

We take our son 3/yr old here to get his haircut by Tina. She always does a great job and is very nice. The place is clean and the queue system by booking online prior to coming in seems to work smoothly for us. We recommend.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I got cut behind the ear with the razor. The scraping blade also made the left side of my neck a little sensitive when I showered. First time in my entire life have I ever experienced something like this at a hair salon. Haircut was decent.Service:&nbsp;Haircut

I had a terrible experience here today.  The woman who cut my hair did not pay attention to my instructions or preferences.  She was very perfunctory, answered no questions, and offered no options.  I asked for a shampoo and was mumbled at, but no opportunity was offered to receive one.  I was not offered the view of the back of my head, and when I asked for it she looked at me with irritation.  My haircut is too short and uneven.  I will not return.
