Sports Clips at Bernardo Plaza drive in Rancho Bernardo is my son’s favorite. He just wants to get his hair cut at this location. What I like about this place, gentleman and ladies offering the services are thoroughly professional and they try their best to help or satisfy the customer. I love the MVP experience of shampooing the hair, warm water rinse and massage afterwards. It just relaxes your body completely. With rising inflation I guess the prices have gone drastically up, If you don’t have any coupon or pre-paid ready to shell out some money for an MVP experience. But since I get my hair cut in 3 months and son takes 4 month, so the cost doesn’t bother me much. They also have collection of various hair improvement products, though I have never purchased any product from them but all of them looked from good brands. While you wait for your turn you can always the game or sport playing on the TV. Overall, good time pass and one of the best hair cutting services in the town.

I have been going to sports clips, Rancho Bernardo for 6 years. Although I find all of the staff professional and competent, in my opinion it is Olesya Who is the best hair cutter I have ever had! She is extremely personable and remembers her regular clients, and will always try to fit you in. I can say that she cuts my hair better than haircuts  which I used to pay five times the amount. This review is not for the people working at this location, but for the owner. I’ve been going there for a couple years now, but I guess I’ll have to find another place for my hair cut. I checked in to get my hair cut done with Becka, who has been cutting my hair for awhile now. After waiting for an hour inside the store, the owner showed up and I was told that Becka will have a meeting with him and that he showed up earlier than expected for that meeting. I overheard Becka telling them that she’ll cut my hair real quick and she will be ready for the meeting. The owner made a very annoyed face expression and said: “I don’t know how this is going to work”. Then I was told by another employee to come back in an hour. That was enough for me to make the quick decision to never come back to this location again. I’ve always been a very generous tipper and I don’t think I deserved this. I wasted 2 hours of my Saturday afternoon and obviously the owner doesn’t care about his customers. Thankfully, there are many other places where I can go. As a business owner myself, I think this is unacceptable. My customers have always been a number one priority to me. Apparently that’s not the case with the owner of this location. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I recently broke both wrists and decided to shave my head and beard to make it easier to maintain while I recover. Annie or Anna? was so kind and compassionate today. I definitely wasn't at my best, but she took great care of me! She was an 11/10! Thank you so much!Services:&nbsp;Haircut

Great place.  Came here for the first time because I got a coupon in the mail.  The barber, Henry was really good.  He took his time and did an awesome job.  Happy I found a new place to get my haircut.  Update: 5/20/23.  Been coming here for a couple of months now.  If you want a good haircut, come here.

Staff here is nice. MVP is great. Book online and show up, usually no waiting.

I love my new haircut! It’s done by Henery  In general I like sports clips although it’s mainly “men’s salon” because: 1- There is no appointments after days and no waiting time. It’s easy here. You just walk in and get your hair cut! That’s it! 2- The people who work here are really talented. I had 4 different cuts in four different locations and I happy with all of them.  This time was my favorite which motivated me to leave a review to thanks Henery. 3- The prices are fair! I get me haircut here for $35 +tips which is amazing. I am happy with my hair  see the attached photo and I recommend this place.

My wife is very picky, she always has a hard time finding a hair stylist, I was shocked to hear how much she kept recommending Olesya, I had to go investigate myself. That was 1 year ago and both of us never looked back. Olesya is very understanding of our specific needs, especially my wife’s, and she is always consistent with her work. On top of that, she is just a friendly face to talk to. So, without a doubt, I highly recommend her!Service:&nbsp;Haircut
