Thanks for visiting our Facebook page. SPOT is comprised of Swampscott, MA residents who have come together to create a year round, safe environment where Swampscott’s 700+ registered dogs can exercise and socialize.
We are an all-volunteer, non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
The Swampscott Park for Off-leash Time is dedicated to:
• Promoting responsible, humane conduct on the part of dog owners.
• Establishing a safe and secure zone for dogs to exercise and interact socially in order to maintain natural physical and psychological health levels
• Fostering community and neighborhood development by working with the city to create and maintain safe and legal year round off-leash recreational areas
• Serving as an informational and educational resource for dog owners and the community at larger
