Randy Burch is amazing. He was open, honest and willing to make sure all my questions were answered. Randy walked me through finding my car, going through the logistics of it and extended warranty information. He has followed up with me post purchase to make sure me and my car are doing good and asks to stay in touch if anything comes up that I have issues with. They do need more finance people as that's where I waited the longest to move forward on my purchase. I would go here again and work with Randy anytime!!
Jeremy did a great job from start to finish in assisting with my purchase of the 2015 Audi Q3. He was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional in his approach. He made my car buying experience stress free. I would absolutely recommend him and the entire team at 2Mazda to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
John Michael was an awesome sales representative, very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The entire staff is very nice and we loved that we were able to do business with the owner Ryan. He interacts with his customers which is something I had never seen at any dealership. Daniel was the best dealer I ever been to, no hassle, no gimmick, great customer service. Got me into a vehicle when I didn't think I'd be approved. I highly recommend coming in to see what you qualify for. My credit is low 500s and was able to walk out with a 2020 jeep. I came in to look at a car I have saw on the website. It was their sister store the salesman asked me what my price range was and what I was kind of looking for. I let him know what my price range and what type of vehicle I was looking for. He was quick with several options and got us in a car that is perfect for what we needed. I will definitely be back to get my next car.
Daniel Radcliffe helped me get my new Mazda CX-50, he was very personable, helpful, and understood my desires for a purchase and respected them, I never felt pressured as I have from other dealerships. I would ask for him if you want low pressure and a straight up good gentleman to help you out. All other staff I felt was very helpful also, and respected my choices, nothing felt pushed. Mazda is a good car and some good deals for a brand new car. Check these guys out.
We bought a used van back in March and had nothing but issues not even 24 hours after having it the alternator went out. They fixed it I paid for that. And not even a month later the car quit running completely. And it was in there for a month and yet again paid for that. It went back 2 days after I got it back. I the charger light came back on. They said nothing is wrong. And yet it still is coming on .and the window have not worked since we got the van. They said that it's our problem we bought it that way. And they obviously don't care about lemon laws.
Just want to give their GM, Ryan a huge shoutout and thank you for taking to time to reach out to me regarding a concern! He went above and beyond getting me taken care of, and that speaks volume when going to any business! Thank you so much Ryan!
I would give -10 stars if I could. These jokers called me to purchase my car, had me come to the dealership. I sat there for over an hour waiting for my quote for my car. They offered me a reasonable amount for my car not to mention this was a quote from an appraiser in writing, After this they scheduled me to come back the following Monday to finalize the purchase. Come back on Monday, after another hour of waiting, not to mention they had me fill out all the purchasing/selling paperwork along with taking the plates off my car they had the audacity to come back to me and offer 5K less than the original offer. What a joke, I wouldn’t sell my bike to this dealership let alone purchase a vehicle from them.
If you have a Mazda and you need OEM parts don't even bother trying to contact 2Mazda. Their staff will ensure the phone is not answered at the parts department and messages sent through the website will be responded by sales asking what model you are looking at buying instead of what parts you are looking for. Even if you magically get contact with someone there to buy parts they will insist on paying upfront and then never contact you when or if the part arrives.
