Very outdated! Beds are horrible, rooms are horrible. The food is horrible and I tried to eat it myself. Some of the staff are just rude and don't care at all, especially when they think they have all the authority. Don't leave your family member all alone here, check on them regularly! But some of the staff are Awesome! And I appreciate them! I would recommend to look into as many health care providers as you can! And make sure the patient is being treated and taken care of the way they should!
Great care and professionals to deal with! A Wonderful community partner! Abegael & Amanda are always so great to work with! If we ever have to give referrals in this area, I always recommend them!
I just love working with all any any of the patients. I love taking care of people so no matter how many times they push that call light I’m there for them without complaining. It’s a nice facility and all the employees are nice to work with.
The staff was great! It was a very busy night but when we needed assistance just one call to the Director of Nursing and she got ready and came in at like 2am. A great experience.
My family member was a resident at your facility . He was taken very good care of by the staff. The Admissions Director was very helpful and made sure things were taken care of even weeks after he arrived. She addressed all our concerns and questions. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
This place really good care of my wife. They were able to heal her quickly.
My grandma just moved into there assisted living apartments! It’s super nice and cozy! It’s so nice seeing people check in on my grandma throughout the day and it’s very nice to see my grandma doing things she enjoys everyday! The staff is very caring about the residents and it shows!
Very Unperfessional & Hostile work Envionment. Management is Rude towards agency, including the DON Irene Reed who was Nasty & Rude with me & the Superviser who did NOT properly introduce herself before telling me "I need to stop playing on my phone & put people to bed" after 1. Checked the entire hall & everyone is in bed & those that were up were up on free will. 2. Checked & answered call lights. 3. Picked up Dinner trays 4. We as Agency have to clock in/ adjust time on our phone & I wasn't on my phone no more than a few seconds before she lashed at me about it & I felt threatened by the Hostile & unprofessional behavior of this place. Will not return & I do not recommend working here at all.
Absolutely horrendous staff and nursing home facilities!! Outlets hanging out of the wall, beds are in terrible shape. The staff is not accommodating and can't even clip a call light to a patient. They will keep a patient constantly sedated for yelling for help due to the call light being out of reach.
On Saturday I took a bag of items that I had just purchased at Rite Aid $36, plus a $20 bottle of shampoo I had and dropped it off for a patient there. I had a friend in the car that had shopped with me and saw me walk up to the front door waiting for a nurse to open the door. I told her who it was for and what room. No one knows where it is. Stupid me trusting their staff to be honest. I am out $56 and Donna didn’t get what she needed. They said no one knows where it is, or care, so I guess it is my loss. It use to bean upstanding home but I guess with the change over it is not credible any longer,
