Delicious spot to grab a nice lunch. Great selection of vegan items with a few non vegan egg things to choose from. The Reuben was fantastic. The Southwest salad met expectations, but honestly, it’s just a salad. A good few deserts to pick from as well. Full coffee and tea bar as well.
This is a good place for vegans and vegetarians in terms of the menu. I love the food - it is fresh, organic, and healthy. Very expensive as well like everything in Aspen. I’m giving this restaurant 3 stars because the acoustics are so amazingly bad!!! It’s the loudest place you can imagine if you eat inside - even with the big glass doors wide open. You’ll have to yell during a conversation. I got a headache eating my lunch. Next time I’m ordering to go. Sit outside amongst the beautiful flower arrangements if there is availability. The staff does not really care about providing good service, the priority is to keep the orders over the counter coming without any involvement with the customer. It is a fast paced eatery. Something like a Wendy’s for vegetarians but super pricey :
Had the Tofu Juevos Rancheros, Red Curry Thai veggies, and pumpkin bread. Everything was delicious and we felt full but not heavy afterwards. The view of the mountains aren't bad either!
I loved my sweet potato burger! 10/10 recommend it. They were quite busy so service was slow. If you're on a budget, the food and drinks and quite expensive for what you're given.
It's hard for me to give it two stars as I'm typically happy to have a vegan place to eat they have both vegan and vegetarian options. However the staff seemed to be uninterested and the food was inconsistent and limited. Pancakes and burrito were good, French toast was dry/hard - even the kids wouldn't eat it. Service is very slow and it was not easy to get utensils, cups, napkins or an extra plate. Good place to sit for awhile and take your time to linger at the table as you won't be disturbed. Service tip is added automatically to payment when you order.
Cute little cafe with a nice outdoor seating! Wonderful food and good service!!Food: 5/5
There were 4 us of enjoying 4 different breakfast dishes. Sorry I don’t remember all of the names of the egg skillets!. There is no meat at this cafe, so just keep that in mind. My husband’s did have a vegan chorizo and he said it was delicious. I had the French toast and hands down the best ever. There was plenty of food, no butter on the toast and no jam offered, when asked they did give us some honey. We all had different coffee/tea drinks and they were all amazing. I believe it was about an $80 bill. Remember, you are in Aspen.
Healthy food doesn't need to be bland...or wrong, or slow. The blueberry pancakes tasted like health food from the 90's. I was delivered a side of potatoes when I ordered fruit. All of it was slow. Never mind the cacophony inside the restaurant...Definitely not coming back.
If I could give a zero I would. We waited so long over half an hour for our food we had to ask for it to-go. No one even apologised. Worse is that people who certainly arrived after us were being served; incomprehensible. My soup was no longer what was advertised as soup of the day when I had paid over half and hour earlier. Horrible experience. Hope yours is slightly better.
Superb healthy eating spot. Great for lunch on the edge of town. Nice variety and large portions. Vegan and vegetarian options creatively presented.
