Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab is a 24hour skilled nursing facility. We offer Physical, Occupational, and speech therapy 7 days a week. We have licensed nurses on duty 24 hours a day. We offer Cardiac Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Stroke Recovery, IV Antibiotic Therapy, and Specialized Wound care, Supervised by a Board Certified Geriatric Physician. We offer private rooms that are newly renovated.
