Not sure about their actual spa services but their customer service was horrific. I went for a massage with a gift card I received as a present. They denied the gift card because they changed owners. No resolution, not even an attempt to retain the business.
I received a gift certificate for a massage at Day Spring,Yuma at big curve The Chinese man there at reception just looked at it, said it is expired because there are new owners He showed me an identical certificate, said see the new one has a higher number. Well of course it had a higher number. He's saying the owners didn't change the name of salon, or even kept the same exact certificates! He wouldn't take the gift certificate. I had an identical experience with another massage place in El Centro Calif in mall. Said there were new owners and wouldn't accept the gift certificate. This trick might be a common one
The chinese woman..the owner or manager, left the door open to be able to talk to the other girl next door..she was loud. I said to her please close the door, this is not professionnal at all. She wasn't happy closing it, whining "well I need to talk to her!" I said talk to her when you will be done with me! Then she started to shout making sure the girl next door can hear her. That was the one with an pretty bad skin..never again.
Walked in on a Saturday around mid day and it started to get busy. I waited 15-20 mins. I got a 30 min chair massage and it was goodI could have asked for softer pressure. The lady who I got, was also answering phone calls in the front but SHE IS REALLY GOOD. Her fingertips could RIP a deck of cards, she goes hard on the massages. Her elbows, those are THE People’s Elbow, she does it better than The Rock. Of course, you can ask her or anyone to go softer, enjoy your massage. Prices are reasonable.
I have always had a good experience here . I like that I can book an appointment ahead for walk in and most times they are very accommodating
They fit me un-unexpectedly. It was a communal massage are. Clothes on but a low cami would be good. The only issues were that as a small business the therapist had to stop to manage customers. The massage was a nice destress from a busy week.
The 15 minute chair massage was one of the best massages I’ve ever had
They listened to my needs and helped me pick the best massage. Target for neck and shoulders. The girl got straight to business. She really worked out the knots. It hurt but I needed it. She was awesome.
It is very clean and very comfortable, every time I come here I choose“Deep Tissue”after the massage my body and mind are all relaxedTina and Klaus are all niceVery good massage
