The Spring Hill family is unlike any other in your time of need because every single person there cares deeply for you and your family. The personal touches done during services by Lauren, Yasi, Taryn, Jason, and Kyle are kind, well thought out, and meaningful, the kind ladies in admin, Stephanie, Tiffany, Angie always greet every phone call with sincerity and a helpful spirit. The folks in sales Dave, David, and Jana are always ready to help memorialize your loved one in a deeply personal and meaningful way and the hard working gentlemen on grounds Jim, Kevin, Richard, Bill, and James keep the cemetery beautiful. Thank you very much Spring Hill for truly being a helping hand and warm hug to our community!
Spring Hill is outstanding when it comes to customer service. I called in about my moms headstone. It had what looked to be dirt ,mud and grass all over it, along with a tire track. I was very upset, and wanted whomever the person was that answered to fix it. Stephanie assured me she would have it taken care of. The next day she sent me pictures and told me she personally went out to see what needed to be done and cleaned it herself. Thank you Stephanie for the reassurance that what I said mattered and how quickly you had this resolved. In the world we live in this type of service is rare. I highly recommend Spring Hill
I lost my husband of 48 years and they did such an amazing job. My husband loved the outdoors and they fixed it with all camping and fishing gear. They made me feel so blessed. I am so thankful for them.They surprised me with them playing bagpipes for my husband he was a veteran. They honored him to the fullest.
This is without a doubt the best funeral home period. The staff is the best I have ever seen. Jason Quesenberry and David Thain are the ultimate professionals. They are thorough, and explained everything in great detail. They bent over backwards and handled every little special request we had.i would highly recommend this funeral home to anybody.
My family and I are so thankful for the beautiful services provided to our Aunt. Yasi and Barbara were so helpful, patient, and kind to our family as we navigated planning her services and dealing with unforeseen issues. Yasi helped us so much! She worked with me on special details to make sure that our Aunt was honored in the way we wanted. She made the whole process less overwhelming and was so open and communicative with us on the next steps in the process. We are so thankful we had the opportunity to work with Yasi, Barbara, and the rest of the amazing staff at Spring Hill. We can't say thank you enough!
We have used Springhill for three family members. We have used Jason Q for all 3 services. He is truely an AMAZING person. He goes above and beyond for the families he is working with. He thinks of those tiny details that make you feel as if he is a caring part of your family and taking care of your loved one is his honor. Not sure if anyone would want the calling of funeral director but I know God called Jason for this purpose because he is perfect for the position. Springhill goes out of their way to make everything as special as you want and that you feel at ease during a very hard and emotional time. They are very compassionate and caring. Can't say enough about them. Highly recommend them if you are in need of funeral services. Just ask for Jason. Tell him I sent you!
Spring Hill Funeral Home has the best staff! Jason was so sweet and kind when he was letting me know he was going to pick up my Daddy and asked about little details with how we wanted him to look. He thought of things I had not even considered. Lauren went above and beyond for my family. She even surprised my family with something special on my Daddy's vault. Anything I needed Lauren was there for me. Lauren made sure that I knew if I needed anything at all she would take care of it. Lauren was like the big sister I didn't have. She had my back all the way. I really enjoyed getting to know her. Barbara helped me out so much with my pre-arrangements and making sure I got everything that I needed. We took our time out looking at plots and enjoyed getting to know we both like to explore cemeteries. If it was not for Barbara and Lauren I would not have been able to make it through the process without pulling my hair out. I can not thank them enough for all of their help. They don't treat you like a customer at Spring Hill. They treat you like you are family and that is what makes a great company. Thank y'all for putting up with my crazy self and family.
I called the funeral home at around 3:30am from the hospital three days after my baby was delivered stillborn. Lauren called me back from home, and she didn’t seem bothered to have to take a call before business hours. In fact, she was incredibly kind and understanding. That didn’t change in over two weeks of working with her through every single detail of the funeral planning and all of my emotional processing. She went above and beyond in every single way. Spring Hill funeral home is incredibly fortunate to have a rockstar funeral director who is creative and incredibly adept in her role, and a phenomenal HUMAN being with a heart of gold who is working for them. She has what makes the difference when a person is grieving the loss of a loved one. We will always use Spring Hill funeral home as long as Lauren is there.
Thank you to Spring Hill for helping me navigate through such a difficult time. Yasi and Barabara went above and beyond to ensure my mother had a beautiful service. Barbara graciously shared her years of experience on the cemetery side, making sure my mom had the proper final resting place and marker. Yasi has an understanding and genuine demeanor about her that most definitely radiates in her work. Thank you for making a devastating situation a little more manageable. Barbara and Yasi are both true assets to Spring Hill and I would recommend them to anyone facing the unimaginable as well as those who want to plan ahead for their final arrangements.
