I always get a warm and friendly welcome. Everyone is kind, sincere and helpful. Dr. Reid always takes outstanding care of me. Shelly always does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. Ashley is great with the X-rays and Deanna is a fabulous receptionist and scheduler. Everyone is extremely competent and I love going here for all of my dental needs. I highly recommend Dr. Reid and all of his expert staff. This is the best most friendly and professional dental office I’ve ever visited. Thank you Dr. Reid and all of your people!

The staff is super helpful & nice! Dr. Reid was quick with the procedure & straight forward with any answers to questions I had. I appreciated them getting me in same day & helping me without a 2 week gap between appts. Highly recommend!

Generally, dental offices are closed on Fridays, but by some stroke of luck, Sring Hill Modern Dentistry was open when we needed them most. I called midday today Friday to ask about an emergency visit for my codriver's abscessed tooth while passing by, and he was seen as soon as we arrived! He's not a fan of dentists at all due to a bad past experience and as we continued our travels afterwards, he said he was seriously considering switching to have Dr Reid be his primary dentist despite being nearly two hours away because it was the best dental experience he's had in over 40 years. We're so glad Dr Reid and his staff took the time today to get the tooth taken care of! Thank you, SHMD! You got him out of the miserable emergency situation he was in on a Friday no less!!

The staff was great, super friendly, and Turner was a knowledgeable Dentist. I was in & out quickly with no hassle! I will be coming back!

Great experience!!!  I am petrified of the dentist, as I sometimes have issues with Novocain not taking affect, and it makes my anxiety goes through the roof.  Dr. Reid's assistant Ashleigh was very patient and made sure that I was comfortable the entire process,  helping me keep my anxiety at bay.  They talked to me the whole time and let me know what they were doing.  I will definitely return for any further dental work with Dr.  Reid and his staff.   Highly Recommend!!

This office is amazing! The doctor was kinda quirky but funny and his assistant  Ashley?? was super sweet
