Do NOT TRUST CONCORD RENTS…. They lie cheat and try to steal. Spring lake cove apartments & senior/disabled housing is a LIHTC certificate complex. Concord rents gets Millions of dollars is tac breaks. Do Not Believe the office staff when they Alledged they do not get government funding…. Well it is the truth as well as a lie! They get millions in tax breaks from the government to say they are low income. Too they are Required to give EVERYONE at least $90 per month break on their rent since residents pay their own electric & water bill.
This is the WORST complex to live in. The leasing office never answers the phone and the doors are always locked. If you have a maintenance emergency, you might as well pass away because it might be faster than someone coming to fix the issues in your apartment. Spend more money and live somewhere that’s actually worth something. ZERO STARS. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
This place is amazing! Everyone one on the property is so welcoming especially the staff. Work order was done in a blink of an eye. DeeDee helped my family transition from New Jersey to Florida with ease. I am forever grateful. Thank you for all you have done. Dani is such an awesome person as well. She made me feel welcome on my first day.
By far the best apartment company I’ve dealt with. Applied 3 weeks ago in an emergent situation and they got us approved and moved in so fast! Also had an amazing move in special!! Very clean and amazing amenities!! 10/10 would recommend!!
Spring Lake Cove is a wonderful place to live. I’ve been here for a few years now and we are loving it! Dee Dee and Dani in the office are awesome and so prompt and helpful for whatever you need. The team at this property works hard to keep the property safe and clean and as a Mom, it makes it that much more of a wonderful place to live. They are appreciated more than they know 10/10 recommend.
I just relocated from New York to Florida in October. It goes without saying Dee Dee and Dani are the foundation to this euphoric sensation when I come home every single day. Aside for being extremely helpful and patient with the process of applying to this location. These women are the real MVP concord Rents has on their team. They deserve each a annually bonus and a 3% raise!!! This gate of community has every single amenity you would want to think of for your families every single need. There’s an on-site community location for small gatherings, A gym, and pool open to the residence . It even has a car detail and in the evening kids are playing outside in a safe environment . The maintenance on the property is immaculate, maintenance workers constantly repair any and all small damages with a appointment. If the Apartment has any emergencies they are around the clock working to get all issues resolved. Sometimes I have to pinch myself to realize that I’m literally living my best life thanks to these women!!! They changed my family’s life and the experience of renting is nothing like I ever seen before. Apply while you still can!
Dee Dee has made this the best process ever the customer services was extremely amazing. The apartment and maintenance are so well kept. I'll be recommending this property to many people
Charlie the maintenance man is absolutely amazing!!! On time and gets the job done! Dee in the front office is amazing, so helpful and nice!! The property is kept clean and there is never any issues. The pool is clean and almost always never packed. If there is ever trash around it is picked up right away by the staff and maintenance. This property is by the best!
My daughters apartment now has cockroaches and it is taking 5 days from it being reported to have to sprayed/fixed. This just happened, two weeks ago no cockroaches, the cause potentially due to the replacement of a non-working garbage disposal by the rental maintenance. This is terrible she is blind and the rental office said they couldn't get to it until Monday which means the cockroaches will multiply until that time. She also has a guide dog that could be put in jeopardy. Unbelievable. They need to make this right, reported to Concord Rentals the home office.
I love my apartment been here for almost 4 years. DeeDee and Dani from the office are amazing, they are so helpful always making sure the tenants are happy. Thanks ladies. Also maintenance is great. Charles always greets you with a smile, and he's very professional with his job. It's always nice to see him. I love how clean and pretty this place is.
