Spring Mill Health Campus

It's all in the name..."Health Campus". Psychologically better. Residents can personalize their living area in spacious quarters. No urine smell when u walk in the building. Rooms and common areas are clean and neat. Ratio of staff to residents seems appropriate. All residents are treated respectfully and with dignity-regardless of their abilities. Everyone is professional and attentive to the residents as well as the visitors. Visitors are greeted at the front door, in the hallways and upon exit. There is a social room in each wing as well as an activity wing. Security measures are in place and enforced for the residents' safety. The two story connecting buildings seem to be ideal and functional. Free parking is a bonus! Very satisfied that my family member is here because he is well taken care of.

Always a lot of employees around working…great administration and customer service! The nurses are amazing and very attentive! Sylvia Verde is well taken care of!! When I leave I can feel comfortable leaving!! Thank you to all the staff at Spring mill! Cate and Steve!

All the staff at this place are all nice and kind to my elderly mother. All the C&A’s are all so helpful. One C&A I would like to especially thank in Toy. She is so wonderfully caring and sweet to my mother. Very helpful and sweet. In addition the food they serve her is very tasty, great portions and warm. Thank you for taking such great care to my elderly mother..

I stayed there for about 6 weeks. It was like being in jail. Everyone was very rude. The food was terrible. The service was also terrible. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and acted like your were brothering them. At night I would hear lots of noise from the night shift, they were fighting in the hall about others not working. It was very difficult to be in that place. I could go on and on but, you get the ideal how is was there. I will never suggest anyone to go there.

On Sunday, July 17, I went to visit an elderly friend of mine. She wasn't in her room and I asked a couple of employees in the hall where she could be. One said to check at the nurses desk on the first floor, so I did. Normally everyone is very nice there, but the young woman on the first floor couldn't be bothered. She was sitting at the computer not typing, just sitting. When I asked about my friend and if she could look to where she was the woman told me to go check with the nurses upstairs. Hmmm, apparently her computer only works with patients on the first floor. I then saw a lady who was collecting dirty lunch trays and asked her. She went right to the computer on the second floor and found out where my friend had been relocated. She then personally escorted me to my friend's room. I was so grateful after roaming and asking for at least 15 minutes. The lady's name was Patricia; she said she's a CNA. Thank you, Patricia!!

The staffing here are very efficient. My husband is getting the best of care. The facility is very clean I am well pleased with the care that my husband is receiving.

My love one is currently receiving rehabilitation at Spring Mill. The overall staff does an excellent job caring for their patients.

I don't normally write reviews, however my experience with the everyone I met at Spring Mill Senior Living was outstanding. When dealing with something as stressful and emotional like finding a place for a senior loved one to live, the experience my family and I had was just what we needed. The sales director made us feel welcomed and comforted by her knowledge and positive energy. My family felt encouraged and empowered with all the information we needed to make the best decision for our loved one. Helpful staff,clean and upbeat environment. Dietitian came in right away to discuss meal planning.My Mom was cleaned up promptly and given her meds and sat up in her chair to motivate her. My Mom I believe will make a speedy recovery at this facility! Would definitely recommend!

The atmosphere at Spring Mill is family oriented. Ms. Karen along with the ENTIRE staff I have interacted with has been compassionate and professional in addressing the needs of my mom. Therapists Maria, Eliana, and Kelly have been very receptive and attentive to the rehabilitation of my mom. Thank you for your care and service.
