Just moved in about a month ago and it was the smoothest process I’ve ever experienced. Everyone has been so helpful and maintenance requests are handled very quickly! I found a wasp’s nest next to my balcony and it was taken care of before the end of the day! The apartment is spacious and was very clean when I moved in. They even left me a little welcome package! I really appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalism of Lacey and Anna in the leasing office. I would absolutely recommend living at a Broadmoor property, especially at Spring Tree.
haven't actually lived here but I toured recently didn't apply fast enough afterward- it seemed like the most lovely community! katie was so kind and helpful. the units are cozy but nice, and each unit has its own private entrance. the courtyard is adorable and I loved the community garden idea. worth a visit!
My wife Hannah and I have lived here just over two years. Anna, Lacey, and previously Lana have given literally unbelievable service from the very start, more than I could even fathom necessary from an apartment community. They've gone above and beyond. The maintenance staff, Chris and Jeremy sp?, are best I've ever had! Everything is handled on a quick and timely manner, far exceeding any expectations! If you need to find a place in Midtown, this is it! We're only moving now because we need to be on the west side, but moving to another Broadmoor was a given.
Best place I have ever lived! Clean, affordable, and the management is great. Lacey and Anna are the best and are always willing to help out and go above and beyond to make sure their residents are comfortable. Although the apartment complex is on the older side, they are all renovated and the fact that it is gated is an extra touch. Would definitely recommend living here.
I enjoyed my time here. Lacey, the manager, truly cares about those that live at Springtree. She is kind, timely in responses, and cares about the property. The guys who do repairs are friendly, sociable, and reliable. Can’t recommend enough!
I lived at Spring Tree for about 3.5 years and I loved it! Vicki and Lana are wonderful and they make it a point to get to know you. The apartment complex has a lot to offer including a dog park, pool, gym, free parking, and garages. The apartments themselves were roomy, updated, and reasonably priced. If you had any issues, the maintenance staff was there right away. I moved away last year for a new job but wished I could have taken Spring Tree with me. I highly recommend them if you're looking for an apartment in Omaha!!!
My husband and I have lived here for just over 2 years and we love it. The leasing office is super easy to work with, and maintenance is quick to fix everything. My best friend also lives here with her dog, and the dog park is always clean. We are sad to be moving to a different state in a few months, but have enjoyed our time at Spring Tree!
My mom and I have have lived here many years. We chose the apartment after my niece verified that it was a no barrier walk from the parking lot and we rented sight unseen. We have never regretted our decision. Our apartment is "garden level', but has plenty of big windows and natural light. Green grounds, clean pool, quite neighbors and fun events. The management is very responsive and weekend emergencies are tended to promptly!
Spring Tree is a wonderful apartment community. I've lived there for 2 years and the office staff and maintenance personnel have always been very friendly and attentive to the needs of their tenants. The grounds of the complex are fantastic. The community courtyard is a wonderful place to unwind and it makes you feel like you have your own back yard. The private work out area is also nice if you like avoiding a packed gym. Definitely a great place to call home!
I loved every second of living at Spring Tree by Broadmoor! My apartment was spacious and in great condition, the location of the apartment complex is absolutely ideal the Aksarben area is a three-minute drive away, and the management is friendly, helpful, and prompt to responding to resident questions and concerns. I lived at a Broadmoor-owned property for all four years that I lived in Omaha I was at River Park for two years and then Spring Tree for two years, and I absolutely LOVE them. Their apartments are a perhaps a bit on the pricier side although still reasonable, but you get what you pay for. The awesome management and pristine condition of your apartment will be well-worth your extra money.
