Forms may be picked up at the Court Clerk's Office
Limit for claim: $5,000
Filing fee: $65.00 (must be paid at the time of filing)
Service fees: Three choices-Certified Mail Restricted Delivery (approximately $12.00); Sheriff's Office ($50); Process Server ($25-$80)
Trials: First and Third Wednesday every month at 1:00 p.m.

MISSION STATEMENT OF THE SPRINGDALE DISTRICT COURT
The Springdale District Court strives to provide a prompt, courteous, accessible atmosphere that is dedicated to ensuring equal justice while promoting confidence within the judicial branch. This philosophy is shared and demonstrated within the criminal, traffic, civil and small claims divisions of this agency as well as other services that the court performs within the courts jurisdiction. The court seeks to provide the highest quality of competence and customer service in all levels of our agency.
