Dishonest and Incompetent service. The first pic below is MY ENGINE ON FIRE from the 13 mile drive home directly from their shop. They were fixing the valve cover that blew out after they recently installed it ~600 mi after my first trip to their shop for manufacturer recall. 2nd Pic Service manager Warren was an unapologetic jerk both times I dealt with him - even though I was the one inconvenienced and suffering the results of their failure. He tries blaming failure of the valve cover gasket that they just installed on a spark plug on the OPPOSITE side of V-6 engine. Wow - highly unlikely. Surprised he didn't say it was low blinker fluid.

I want to highly recommend Robert and his crew at Springfield Buick. I have recently purchased a used vehicle from them, over the telephone from the middle of the Bering Sea. With a deal of this nature, I had to rely on Robert to provide me with an understanding of the vehicle without actually seeing it. He was honest, and open about the types of defects that the vehicle had, which was paramount to him gaining my trust to make this happen. He represented the vehicle to me exactly as it showed when my son was able to pick it up. He was extremely patient and understanding, helping to facilitate a very unusual, long distance purchase. He answered my communications promptly, many times after hours since my workday never really finishes. Robert ensured that his staff member, Cory, was able to assist me and my sons when he had to venture from town. Cory even picked my two sons up from the bus as they had to come from out of state to retrieve the vehicle. The car was detailed, and ready to go. The process was flawless, with so many obstacles that could have derailed the experience. Distance, inconsistent telephone on my end, and the first car loan for my son all could have killed the deal. Robert and his staff helped make the purchasing of my son's first vehicle a great memory for both of us. A great touch on the whole process was Robert's follow up with me when he did return to town. I appreciate this dedication to service. Dedication that brings this consumer's highest recommendation to anyone in the new or used car market. It is a family run dealership that believes in quality customer service. While the selection is smaller than most chains, they will strive to earn your business and as they are a relic for GM, the more business the better. I highly recommend them.

Bought a beautiful car at a great price, staff on point!

First a great deal on a new Encore. Then Cory Churchill was a true pleasure to work with. If more car salespeople were like Cory, there would be fewer people who absolutely dread car shopping.

I paid $1600 to have my car fixed specifically the brakes I brought it in 4 times and they still hadn’t fixed the brakes and the last time I brought it they said I had to pay again so they can fix it when it was supposed to be fixed in the first place. I don’t recommend coming here for any car problems

Always friendly service and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. A great place to buy a car or have one serviced.

The people in the service department are fantastic and Elizabeth at the front desk is wonderful. I enjoy coming in to get my Encore serviced by them.
