Guy who manages it is super awesome, polite, and reasonable. Not a nosey kind of business and being locked behind a gate makes me feel better about storing stuff there. However..... There's mice. And mice just LoVe getting into whatever, and they leave poop everywhere!!! Ultimately didn't stay past 1 month due to the mice activity and not wanting children's belongings to become homes or food for the critters. The other thing is the lock was super loose and malfunctioning. Basically anyone could have wiggled the lock open and noticed a handful of broken locks from other units with similar kind of locks. The storage does have cameras. Whether they work or not.... Forgot to check but there was a hole in the back corner alley side of the fence last time we were there. Great people. Probably better for short term storage or people who don't cringe at the thought of mice chewing on stuff and pooping everywhere but not for me. In future, may use again to be honest. I like the politeness we were shown, human compassion, and fair price. We will bring mouse traps next time if needing to store along with own locks though
I love going through the things my mom has. We always have so much fun and it is always well kept. Nothing of hers ever gets damaged. Keep up the good work you guys.
Prices are great, staff is friendly and super accommodating!! If you're looking anywhere in the area, I would choose them.
Prices are alright, the people working here are friendly , we've used them a couple times and never been disappointed at all.
Good location and price but closes every night and is closed on Sunday. Lock was tampered with looked like some one tried to bolt cut it and no cameras in my view.
Horrible! Horrible! A lot of shady ppl 5 units have ppl living in them , and stuff being stolen daily ! What is the point if having someone live there if they aren't securing the place
I finally emptied mine, but the service was good and the staff is friendly.

Never answers the phone just can't contact them and don't expect security even if they say they live there kind of like answering the phone it only works if you Answer it!
