The rooms were remodeled well. No bugs in our room. Included breakfast was appreciated. Housekeeping was on top of it. BUT our room was SUPER MUSKY. Too humid almost smelled of mildew. Unhealthy and made me cough a lot. Also there were cum stains all over the couch. Please steam clean and replace what was causing the musk carpet or the AC unit.
Hotel was clean and updated. Room was nice, clean, quiet, and AC worked great. Decent on the go hot breakfast offerings. Super close to the airport but little, if any, noise overnight. Not sure of the bad reviews, I didn’t see anything like it. Almost all hotels have some bad rooms or stains, and to pretend imperfection is 1 star doesn’t sound like someone who’s traveled much. Anyways, was a great stay in my book.
The rooms were fair.. hard to sleep with the cooler blowing in your face.... the bed and couch need to be switched.... hooks are needed in bathroom for towels, etc. Especially without towel service daily just weekly.. Breakfast was fair, need to change it up daily, especially since people may stay multiple days for work. Coffee is good. Location next to airport is great....
The breakfast was not good. They only had bred and more bred. The rooms were awesome my room had a couch and a desk. Again the breakfast was not good at all I just went to the dunken across the street. Overall I would not recommend it for a family that wants a buffet but it is perfect for someone who is on a work trip.Rooms: 4/5
The room was exactly as pictured with the exception of signs of wear and tear around the head boards, bathroom doors, sofa, TV stand, ect but things you can only see in person not in as photograph. The staff was pretty nice and up front about the housekeeping policy that had in place since COVID so as long as we requested what we needed the day before they works have it for us or if not not they were kind enough to retrieve it for us. The breakfast however on the site does not mention they are pre packed which is fine we know things are still not 100% at the hotels but the selections they had were decent, bfkst sammies, waffles, pancakes, quiches were properly temped in the warmers, the coffee was good and the attendant kept everything stocked down to the fruits! So you can never say “aww man, where’s the food!” they kept it nice and clean, the tables were clean no matter what time you sat down there. The pool had too much chlorine in it though way too strong eyes and nose were burning when you walked in. However it was warm in there because the 3rd week of august it was about 58-65 degrees outside. Hallway smelled like flowers all day and it was close to where our family lived within the surrounding areas. The only reason why i gave the room 4.0 was because somehow there was an opening in the window and bees were entering the room from time to time. We were there 5 days, I’m allergic to bees but my moon and uncle seemed to manage to kill then and block where it was coming from but management was notified.
I was charged $600 for incidentals that were not caused by myself or staff members who were staying at the hotel with me. The manager is claiming I destroyed a nightstand that has 2 minor chips in it to be almost $900 in total damages. Mind you that this nightstand was never touched during my stay as I used the opposite side of the bed and had no use on the side this damage supposedly happened on. I’ve spoken to the manager and they were supposed to call me back after talking to higher ups. Of course no call back has taken place. I’ve since left several phone call messages for the manager and no resolution has taken place. I would have no problem paying for damage if I actually had been the person to damage something. This minor damage looks like a vacuum or a cleaning cart might of bumped into the nightstand. I’m being blamed for damage that I nor my co-worker did during our stay. I will NEVER stay there again nor recommend this for any of your future events at the Ranch.
Rooms were fair. Need some hooks in bathrooms for towels and clothes. No counter space for two people. Shower was nice, but it leaked alot of water and floor was flooded. Very dangerous especially without housekeeping... I think it is time to get daily room service back as the prices have not decreased due to no housekeeping... good location the airport and interstate.
Overall, it is a clean hotel. However, you can hear conversations and snoring by your neighbors. The walls are super thin and sound echos. The breakfast is frozen food heated up. Better options in the area for the same priceRooms: 1/5
Came for a business trip, staff is friendly and respectful. The TV in my room 313 was not working at all, beds are a little stiff. But overall a good stay.
Does not recognize or appreciate the Marriott Ambassador status. Many locations will thank you for your loyalty of offer water of free market items during your stay. This location does not. If you need a bed close to the airport, stay here, but that is it.Rooms: 3/5
