The Library was created in 1980 in the Parsons-Anderson house. It is run by the Springs Historical Society.
Description
The membership for the Library and the Historical Society is $15 per year each. You can belong to both for $25 per year.
The Library also holds a children's story hour on Saturdays staring at 10:30 AM.
