The purpose of the Springs Ranch Elementary School Library program is to "ensure that students... are effective users of ideas and information" (Information Power: Building Partnerships for Learning, 1998).
The library program provides materials and services that will encourage growth in knowledge, foster information literacy, and support a love of reading.
