I was unfortunately involved in a car accident earlier today and officer Wright showed up to help facilitate the situation. He was a stand up guy and presented himself as such. Although it was a car accident and not the best of experiences, it was nice talking with a good cop to explain the situation. Great cop, good encounter.
We’re planning on moving from out of state but are completely unfamiliar with the area. We contacted the police department and they connected us to Megan in Records. She couldn’t have been more helpful and patient, and was able to answer all of our questions. She is obviously adept at her job and an asset to the police department there. Thank you!
I work at GOAT in Spanish Fork. A lot of Springville PD come and get their cuts here. Such nice guys! Also shout out to officer Kevin wall! He makes my day. I love my Springville pd
Incredibly corrupt when enforcing traffic laws. Needs to be disbanded. Small towns don't need police departments. Response to my response: let the county sheriff deal with "small town crime." I lived in Delta for a few years and they don't have a "city police force."
Officer Ely of the Springville Police Department is wonderful! A lamb escaped the fence of an unknown rancher and was unable to get back into his field. Officer Ely was able to get him by the scruff and pull him to safety. Thanks Officer! We appreciate you!
Springville police is the worst. Pulled over my husband over a very minor infraction, and harrassed us with our children in the backseat. My kids were shaken up and I had to give them the "not all cops are good guys" speech. I've always taught them to respect law enforcement and 99 percent of the time they are to be trusted and are there to help. Not these officers. I'm sure glad that our family does NOT live in Springville or even Utah County.
Springville City Police Department went up and beyond the call of duty when I found myself in a real bind. I live in PA and needed a VIN verification from a car I own currently in Springville in order to register the vehicle in PA. Karen in dispatch was very helpful and sent an officer out ASAP to fill out the form that needed to be faxed two ways. This was the perfect example of protect and serve. Thank you!
Officer leatham was by far the best most informative officer I have ever dealt with. What an amazing department we have here in Springville! Officer leatham was here right away he listened intently and he helped my fiancee and i feel so much Beyer about the situation we were dealing with he also said he would patrol by all night and help is in anyway he could. I have never been more impressed with the service and professionalism he showed. Thank you for all you do Officer leatham and the rest of the police or there that keep us safe and cared for. God bless you! You deserve a huge raise! Hear me Capitan he is such a great guy! THANKS again! Jessa
They have saved me on more than one occasion. I was in a really bad place mentally and begged to be pink slipped because I needed help that the hospital refused to help. The officer took me to get the help I needed. Without that I'd be dead. So thank you to the officer who saved my life that time. And to any of the officers after who came to talk with me when I had no one. You guys rock!!
Officer Cattelain jumped to conclusions and presented himself as dismissive, disrespectful and insulting. He escalated what should have been a simple conversation to a point that I had to remove myself from the demeaning situation.
