We went to see Jelly Roll in concert. The concert was great. The only issue we had was with the seats. They were so small and uncomfortable, we wouldn't go to another concert here unless jelly roll went back.
Comfortable seats. Really not a bad seat in the house! Concessions great! Easy to get around, easy to find parking that doesn't cost an arm and a leg!
Went to the Jelly Roll concert here on August 26th. Facility was great, staff was very friendly, food was good. The only issue was with the audio. During one of the acts it was hard to hear him sing over the music but they cleared it up prior to Jelly Roll taking stage.
I enjoyed the concert with Janet Jackson and Ludacris. In the T-Mobile Center it was easy to find our seats. We could see the stage well and acoustics were good. The seating is cramped and stairs are steep. So it’s not for a bigger person. Prices for concessions are high. We ended up standing most of the concert because everyone around us was standing and I didn’t want to miss anything. They gave a great concert!
Great venue for a concert. We saw Jason Aldean and did the VIP package. Excellent staff, check in was flawless, even going through security was fairly quick. Nice setup for backstage pre-show acoustic set. Sound was great during the show. But as with all venues, not enough restrooms, not enough concessions.
Great concert experience and some of the most fun I’ve ever had seeing Zach Bryan. Great venue, easy to navigate. Seating is tight but chairs are comfortable. Super clean facilities.
SUPER BIG event venue!!!! Watched Shania Twain here and it was the most fun I've had here in KC. The staff goes above and beyond to be so extremely helpful and polite. It was such a delight. I highly recommend this place.
First time here... Loved it!! I will be going back for more concerts, the whole experience was awesome
Staff was super friendly especially the guy named "Bob" lol. I was super surprised how many food options they had, pizza, tacos, hot dogs, burgers, popcorn, cookies. I pretty much can't have any of it but was still impressed with the options. And the show was amazing!!
Really enjoyed the opportunity to tour this place! There is so much going on here behind the scenes that everyone just kind of takes for granted. The GM was super nice and gave our group the best of the best tour. If you get the chance to tour ... do it!
